Hi,
In my experience a HASH failure is caused by inter;ference and spuriou;£dat geting into the system li@neI used to suffer terribly using Wifi, I lkive in a block of flats where everyone is net soaked for TV net browsing etc. I switched off my wifi and work solely on Wired system now. Maybe not as convenient but all my network is on shielded cables and I havent suffered any download failures or hash faults at all since.
Curing your Hash, delete all the downloaded files you have fault with completely, Use a trusted Torrent downloader program, personally I use either Bitcomet or UTorrent free apps and havent had an issue with either of them in 3 years. .
A simple Network cable plugged into your router and PC will save you lots of heartache trying to find out where the interference is getting in your system. My motherboard (MSI MEG 470) is wifi capable, but its Wfi is turned off now in the BIOS.
If you are getting problems with Hash faults NOT using wifi, I have known certain Torrent companies (not mentioning names but they know who they are) that have software that works great for the first 30 days, asks you for a subscription them limits your daily download capacity or file size limit. Worth looking at the two suggestions I made, no i dont get any kickbacks at all off either. I just like good honest programs that are reliable.Ive downloaded versions of Falcon BMS from 2012 AD onwards using them.
A thought , when was the last time you did a SCANDISK on your hard drive, (even on M.2 and SSD drives) this has been known to cause location errors on disk file storage.
I could go on and mention how to do the “Falcon Dance” from a decade ago but I doubt that is needed.
However with that in mind, if your Original Falcon install is faulty you may not relaise it. Backup your Profile files, uninstall Falcon completely, Delete any remnants in the drive it was stored on, Folder, (registry keys too) then redownload and reinstall all files of the version you wish to install, so 4.37 full, Update 1, … And reinstall the lot.
I would ask how old your equipment is, but mines over 7 years apart from the Motherboard and processor (my old Z170-A finally gave up at christmas.) but generally if it passes SCANDISK and works with everything else its a bad download, or corrupt disk space.
Good luck, please post your result for how you finally sort it out please it could help others with the same issue.

@rszarka can you clarify… did you use the torrents, or the new downloader?

@rszarka Download via torrent. As I understand, the torrent program ensures the download is correct/complete before declaring it finished. That should help if you have poor/spotty connection.
