What type of missions you fly? If you fly campaign or custom Tactical engagements you must see an increase in flight hours(and kills, only in campaign). Only if you fly the training Tactical Engagements, you will not have any progress on your logbook. If you want to fly the training TE and have flight hours logged in you must convert them from .trn to .tac

It’s loos the information, when I’m living the game and enter the into the game again.

@samis I think Max is asking, what is the full path to your logbook file? eg. mine is ‘C:\Falcon BMS 4.37\User\Config\Airtex.lbk’

Many people who misguidedly install under “Program Files” or Steam directories, or other deeply nested locations, sometimes experience weird problems like this.
