Morphine's Profile

Are you talking about the pinky switch, which changes the fov of the tgp and the radar? That’s a function of HOTAS pinky switch. If you’re talking about zooming the tgp that’s controlled by the China hat in morphines. The profile makes the China hat behave like an joystick axis. This virtual axis should be bound to range knob in the avionics control page.

Hello
little question…Button Expand FOV. Where can I find it in control settings? In default key files it is in section 5.11 FLIGHT STICK, SimPinkySwitch, “STICK: PINKY SWITCH”

am i missing something ?The original profile no longer works. Use the updated one from here. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/66rd8borl2zrfbd/AAAnvz5u93ebm0Tzh322Vw6ba?dl=0
Then you have to load the key file in game. Exit and edit device sorting.txt so that thrustmaster combine is at the top of the list.

Thank your for the help. all is working now.

Looking for help. I’ve been pretty desperate lately. I’ve used this profile for quite some time, but few weeks ago, it all went haywire: script loads fine, axes are fine, but everything I press isn’t corresponding to what the keyfile should be. I am using a Warthog, and I checked device sorting is ok, however, if I understand corrently, stick and throttle should be hidden from the list, no?

First make sure you are using the latest version of the profile, it’s linked above. The keyfile and profile changed with 4.33.
If you’re running the latest version of morphine’s; The stick and throttle should be hidden from the system. After you run the target script, run joy.cpl from the windows start menu. You should just see thrustmaster combine and not the throttle and joystick.

Check what Gastone mentioned with joy.cpl and make sure the script is running correctly.
If you have the stick and throttle showing as separate lines in devicesorting.txt it can still work. Just make sure that they are the last 2 devices in the file and thrustmaster combined is the first line.
They can show up in the file if you run BMS without the script running first. -

Having it at the top of the list in device sorting is not makign a difference. Sim still takes commands from physical and virtual device, causing problems and conflicts. I am trying to reinstall Target now, but after first reinstall, it wouldn’t start a script at all.
Target reinstalled, back to square one. Script starts with a bit of delay, I hear devices connecting sounds, but not disconnecting (of physical hotas).
Here’s the result:
Running script: D:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\User\Warthog_BMS_Full_4.tmc
Mapped plugin module “C:\Program Files (x86)\Thrustmaster\TARGET\Plugins\sys.dll”
Compile Succeeded.

Small update: I’ve made it work with friend’s profile and found out the problem might be the order of things in DeviceSorting. Could you share how yours look like with Morphine’s unedited profile?
Mine is below, as it works with keyfile I was given (non-Morphine):
{076306A3-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals”
{0402044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Joystick - HOTAS Warthog”
{FFFF044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Thrustmaster Virtual Game Controller (root)”
{0404044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Throttle - HOTAS Warthog”Also, no matter what keyfile and/or script combination, clicking the pinky causes everything to unbind in the sim (in 3D) and only axes work.
-
Here’s mine when running the script.
{FFFF044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Thrustmaster Combined”
{B351044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “F16 MFD 1”
{B352044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “F16 MFD 2”
{076306A3-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals”If you only have the Warthog and Saitek pedals, yours should be:
{xxxx} “Thrustmaster Combined”
{xxxx} “Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals” -
That is strange…for some reason TARGET is not hiding the physical devices, so no matter what I do, I always end up with below:
{076306A3-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals”
{0402044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Joystick - HOTAS Warthog”
{FFFF044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Thrustmaster Virtual Game Controller (root)”
{0404044F-0000-0000-0000-504944564944} “Throttle - HOTAS Warthog” -
You have to manually edit devicesorting.Txt for the profile to work. Open it in notepad and cut and paste so thrustmaster virtual game controller is at the top of the list and the pedals second then save it. For my info which version of windows are you running and have u installed the latest version of target from their website?

As per previous posts, Win7 64bit and yes, latest TARGET.
As per previous post: I have tried placing the virtual controller at the top, bottom, middle, sideways, nothing worked. TARGET does not hide the physical device and it is conflicting with virtual one.

Can you post the output of the script running, example below:

The latest versions of target are a bit buggy, try this. Shut off your PC, unplug your hotas, move them to different USB ports. Reboot and run the script. There could be some type of windows registry issue going on, that move is a way to mitigate those conflicts.
Your second option is to find an older version of target, pre 3.0.16, and use that. You only really need the latest version of target if u have their new pedals.
Also have you downloaded the latest Profile and key file from the Dropbox? The one from the top of the thread is now broken due to changes in 4.33

I tried this profile and it all works good.
Thanks to all involved.
I do want to switch the shift to the paddle and Trackir center to the pinky button.

The paddle shift is a popular request so I created a version of it. It’s available here. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ok1rydgqzz04qc3/AAA5zuKPALgU-6r5830IMg1ma?dl=0

Thank you. Did you swap both so trackir is on the pinky?
