Detailed doc of A-A missiles hits and kills?

I remember seeing here a list of american missiles (including other air forces as well) hits and kills and detailing If the missile tracked, If hit or not If it got the kill, etc. Anyone remember such document? Something similar for Soviet/Russian/French missiles?
My interest is to know the % of missiles hit versus missiles kills.
