Mud's Profile
-
Hi Mud,
I tried this in cockpit, and all joystick buttons are not working, and only some buttons in throttle are working.
Also, I found out that when I disconnect my CH Pro Pedals, and running your script in target GUI, also load your profile in the game, most of buttons in my joystick are working expect NWS, and I also found that when I disconnect my CH Pro Pedals and running your script, even when I load BMS Full profile in the game, all of my joystick buttons are working, and most of buttons in my throttle are working like radar range and cursor etc., but some switches are not working such like parking break switch only work for ON but not assigned for OFF.
I feel like my CH Pro Pedals has some issues working with BMS, but when I test them in DCS, my TM Warthog and CH rudder working perfect.
Also I search through Google and I couldn’t find out how to make my USB device order correct. Could you please point that our for me, thank you again! -
This may hopefully get you in the right direction:

Hi Mud. Had another problem today. The trimming POV on the stick did not work for me. Could this be an error on my side or is it a bug within the script?
Greetings,
Mobius
EDIT:
I also noticed that, unlike in the previous version, the position of the switches in the cockpit does not correspond with the position on my HOTAS. For example before if I switched Master Arm up it would switch to the up-position in the game. Now it just cycles through the different position. That is for all the switches on the stick. -
Hmm, sounds like you may not have loaded the keyfile. Can you verify that you have?
-
Hi guys.
I had the exact same problem with the POV and trim… I tried loading the script few times, and re-downloaded it. I ended up re-doing the buttons for the trim myself. Everything worked fine after that… -
Hey guys.
Yeah that was the problem. Last time I fiddled with the settings I accidently clicked on the wrong keyfile that had a similar name. Thanks again,

Hi Mud.
Thanx for the profile. I was wondering if maybe you have any future plans to add LEDs for Autopilot and LEDs for AfterBurner? -
Hi Mud.
Thanx for the profile. I was wondering if maybe you have any future plans to add LEDs for Autopilot and LEDs for AfterBurner?I currently have no plans to add the leds for the AB since you can hear and see (fluel flow) it clearly. The autopilot is already linked to the backlight of the throttle base.
But never say never; perhaps I will in the future. -
Hey mud Thanks for the profile it’s great. I finally bought a Warthog after messing around with the x55 for 6 months. Endless error’s with it, the Warthog is assumed. and after returning one I got a good one Thanks again. I wondering if you have a large picture for the joystick and throttle functions, I like to laminate them and have them close by.
Thanks again, Titanium55

Hey Titanium,
This is the original Powerpoint file I created the layout with. I reckon you should be able to print that large enough to hang up.

Hi Mud,
I don’t know what was thinking I had it the whole time, I just didn’t open it, Sorry for taking up your time on something stupid. Anyways Great profile Thanks again for taking the time to respond.Best regards and watch you six,

Thanks for the hard work mud.
Anyone can answer this but how do we slew the TGP and Radar around? The slew control doesn’t function as in DCS A10 and I’m having a neck of a time figuring out out with the keybindings as well.
Many thanks

If I’m understanding you correctly it’s on the keyboard layout- (Insert key Enable), (Page up-Cursor Zero) and then the arrow keys (Shifted Up, Down, Right, Left) or maybe the Insert Key will enable your Slew Button. That’s what I see haven’t used it yet, but it is on the Keyboard Layout.

My apologies to the confusion, sleep deprivation is no one’s friend. I’m a DCS convert and am going through the falcon training missions.
On the warthog throttle, there is the micro mouse used to slew in the A10. Is it not functioning in Mud’s profile? I see that he has a short and long press of the micro mouse button (cursor enable and zero) but not the slew function itself.
After some searching I found that I needed to hold shift and the arrow keys to actually slew the various sensors around. Hopefully there is a way to map that on the micro mouse but it is (obviously) beyond the scope of my ability.
What is the function of the cursor enable and zero?

Disregard, I searched ‘cursor’ instead of ‘slew’ under this thread and mud answered. You need to assign it under avionics settings.
Great job mud

Is there a way to get frame rate using this profile plz? Cntl Z:R doesn’t work of course. Thank you!
-
It’s not really related to my script actually, and search can be your friend.
Try ALT + C, then F

Hello Mud
Will it be updated to the new version BMS 4.33 U1 ? -
Hey ca5tor,
As far as I can see no changes should be done to the script for it to work with 4.33U1. I will have to modify the key file though to add the 4 new callbacks for the F-18.
I’m currently still running 4.33 myself, but as soon as I’ve updated I will sort out the key file.Br,

Hey Mud,
I’ve a problem with the profile. All buttons on my stick are not used except the trim switch. I’ve Falcon BMS 4.33 U1, Windows 10 Pro 64bits.
Any ideas?
