Generation of EM charts
-
Is there perhaps some tool similar to F4Cathouse which allows you to generate aircraft EM charts (and possibly other performance charts also) from the aircraft dat files?
Id like to have a BMS1F-16A-1-3 and -1-4 and seeing as I cant find one, Im expecting Ill have to (try to) make one.
Cheers!

Actually, it would be nice to see this kind of utility deployed as a fully functional feature in the game’s GUI. Since fuel and armament weights would affect the shape of the curves, the best place to locate the feature would be any and all of the game’s load out screens. Other GUI controls would be needed to alter air speed, density, altitude, humidity, etc. allowing complete customization of the EM charts.
Perhaps in the next BMS update…in 3 to 4 weeks…

well, airspeed does not change the shape of the EM chart, as it is actually the control variable on the chart. Altitude, GW, and air density, do change the shape of the graph though.
Its unfortunately looking like I will not need the -1-3 at this point, as Im no longer expecting to be flying the MLU much in the future. As such I dont really need the EM charts to be generated. Still, I would like to have such a tool on my HDD if its out there.
Any tips? I understand RaptorOne generated the ones in the HFFM manual using MatLab, but thats probably a bit more work than I am likely to be going to.
