I hope I’m posting this in the right spot but my problem began when I built a new system and installed BMS on it and copied my X52 profile and modified BMS keyfile across to the new install. The first time I ran the sim everything worked a treat after I sorted out the joystick axis. The profiles worked just as they had. The next time I booted up BMS nearly all my keyfile commands have disappeared. I don’t think Windows has updated or anything, the only thing I will say is that the X52 profile and the keyfile came from a Windows 7 install and my new system is windows 10. I would be very grateful to anybody who could shed some light on this.

When you say all your “keyfile commands have disappeared” if you press a button on your stick do you get anything? How many USB devices do you have connected to your system? Windoze 10 has a nasty habit of reassigning the USB device order - so this would be the first thing I would check (after making sure the .key file is physically present in the folder - which I’m assuming it is). Windows 10 also turns USB sockets off to save power - this is a function I would recommend you disable on you flight control USB sockets at the least.

Hope this points you towards a solution

Thanks, I’ll try this when I get home. I should mention the pinkie switch is still assigned as is DMS but nothing else.
