Coolie Hat "Radioswitch" TQS-16 needed..
-
Hey All,
I am looking for a Radioswitch for the Thrustmaster Cougar… I looked on the Thrustmaster website but did not see where I could purchase. Cougar world says they will only replace for 2 years which mine is way older then that…
I was wondering where I can purchase this switch at… here is the Part #5074754…

email them; They wont replace it, but you can still buy it from them.
Otherwise, if they are out of stock, and you have money you want to set fire to, you could see if the honeywell equivalent fits.

Oh, I was not aware they will sell them too me… IU will try that first… what is Honeywell?? I imaging a place that sells these types of parts??

Honeywell is the company that makes the switches for the real jet (and many many other military and mil spec civilian aircraft besides). The switches on the cougar are modelled off the real ones, possibly you could buy the real switches and install them.
I was surprised last week to discover that the slider switch on the FLIR turret controls for our State rescue chopper, is the same switch as the DGFT/MRM override switch in the F-16… was cool to see one in person!

Well I emailed thrustmaster. will wait and see if they have the part first before going to Honeywell…
Thank You Blu3wolf…
