Can't load the hts

Hi,
When I want to activate the hts it keeps telling me it’s off. When I return to the TE and check my loadout it’s not there. If I create another mision same thing happens so I must be doing something wrong. I loaded 4 AGM-65d’s. Tgp works fine. I see the targetpoint on screen. Arm is on, laser is on but I can’t select the target. I watched some tutorials and do everything like I am suposed to but there’s no hts.

Just exactly are you trying to do? The HTS is used with the 88s (HARMs). Use the WPN page and uncage the 65s to sight the TGP

HTS is for targeting radars with ARMs, are you thinking of the TGP?

TGP is autoloaded as long as you are carrying 65 delta in 4.33+ as far as i know. you’re probably just looking at the wrong sensor.

Maybe we are lost in translation… is your WPN page saying off? If so, go to the SMS page and turn on the 65s. Wait for the spool up time then go to the WPN page and uncage…

Do I understand you correctly? Are you trying to load the HTS without AGM88s? So basically just an additional sensor to increase your situational awareness? Are you setting up such a load-out in the TE builder with a flight that’s already in progress? If so, just start the flight from takeoff & make the TE start at a time which has at least a little over 4 minutes before your actual take-off time… Then you can set-up your load-out & you’ll be able to mount the HTS…

HTS can be loaded on specific f16 and is used only with harms. No connection between TGP-HTS.
