The first Mig-29m 9.15 was basically a new plane with fly by wire, a new airframe, totally different avonics but was canceled at the collapse of the USSR. The later M had even better avonics but were more or less Mig-29K but land base, and thus very heavy and only marginally more powerful engines. 9.15 would have been the best growth for the Fulcrum.

RE: Mitsubishi F-1/T-2
Apparently ASM-1 was test fired and sankEx-USS San Pedro and the US navy recovered the missile fragments after. Maybe we can see if any documentation exists on the missiles workings?

RE: IAI Lavi
John Golan estimates for the Lavi, comparable to figures I’ve seen for the Gripen and mirage

RE: IAI Lavi
Hello Gentlemen,
I know some people will like what I will, and some will like it less, anyway.
After a long period of checks, I decided to make a cockpit for Lavi
I then put on hold all my other projects.
Stay tuned !

A Sensation
Last flyable Lavi cockpit was placed in Janes IAF (Blue star) - which published back in 1998
Hope we could bring her some dedicated avionics in the future
Is their a manual for the Lavi available? -

RE: Did the f-16 carry th e aim-7 in the gulf war?
Apparently Bahrain’s block 40s might have been the only Vipers to carry Aim-7 in the gulf war.
Aim-7f was sold to the country by 1988
AIM-7 was qualified on the F-16 for FMS in late 1989

they wanted Aim-7 from the start
They definitely did use Aim-7 at some point it’s just pinning down when
