If the config parameter
g_bEnableABRelocation
is set to 1 (one), the campaign engine will relocate squadrons if their airbase is
damaged to a certain level.
Although, i’ve added a squadron to an undamaged airbase very close to the FLOT.
It was relocated immediately and i had to set the parameter to 0 (zero).

Before you go to the low-res installer, try unchecking the HiRes box in the Falcon BMS config.exe, that might help you out…you will still have Janhas models…it just won’t use the HiRes folder. Just a suggestion
I run BMS with a Nvidia 980ti at DSR 4.0 and 5120 x 2880 with 70-90 fps in the KTO navigation training TE.
Balkans 3.1, Balkans 3.5 and 3.5 with hires textures gives me 25fps. Frustrating. -

It is best to take an airfield with one squadron only and set it to non-HQ (use Mission
Commander if you need to create a new squadron).
Take that squadron to frag your flights - no mismatch with AI generated flights (takeoff/landing time).Set your takeoff time 15 minutes in the future (depends on how fast you can create your flight)
and then, before you click commit, set the takeoff time in the flight plan to (now+2 minutes).
Then commit.The ATO does a great job with DCA if you move the slider in the mission priority to the right.
We have set
g_nTaxiLaunchTime 6 // Time before TOT to launch to TAXI (in min)
on the host to give 2 more minutes before takeoff to setup systems etc. -

IIRC there could be a problem with “broken” ACMI files.
Can you delete or move files from your <falcon>/user/acmi folder and test again?</falcon>
