Hi all,
I might be a bit unorthodox here but I like using my left toebrake axis for fov control as it lets me keep all hands on the HOTAS at all times.
However, the Field of View axis setting, under View Settings, does not have a deadzone config.
Everyone who owns a pair of Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals would probably understand where I’m going with this, as the toebrake axis(es?) are not very precise
and might be a bit jittery. The problem I’m having is that if I dont let go of the toe brake in a quick and harsh fasion, but instead gently eases off the toebrake,
it almost every time, gets stuck at 10-20% range. Therefore, I usually need to configure a deadzone of about 20% on the toebrakes to not risk it being applied by mistake, or in this case, cause flickering of the fov due to the inprecision of the axis.
Does anyone here know if it’s possible to configure a deadzone for the Field of View Axis setting via cfg file, and how to?
