Manos1981 & BMS Crew, Thank you very much for all that you do, I’m a “Rookie” to BMS (11 mos) but a Vet of Janes F15 & Falcon 4.0, '98. All the DEVS in this Combat Simulation are amazing, and the technical details are amazing. Keep up the great work. I cannot wait for the F15 updates in 4.38, as I have been flying it over in VG … Kudos… JD

RE: THROTTLE POT (Z AXIS)
Hello Gents, I have been following these threads regarding the Potentiometer issues. Upon unboxing my TM HOTAS Cougar from storage, I noticed my “Z” values were NOT changing much if any, and I could only attain about 34% thrust with the throttle all the way forward. I concluded the “Pot” was an issue, so I ordered some from a Company I found in Texas (listed in another site, and I will be installing one to see if this fixes the issue and will advise accordingly. I also contacted Thrustmaster Europe) directly and I purchased a new POT from them (comes with wires & connectors) and will then try it too. The POTS from Mouser Electronics (Texas) arrived today 2 Mar 2021. The TM version should be here on the 8th.
More to come Sir’s…… JD

TM Hotas Cougar (Windows 10) and BMS 4.35 Woes
Gents,
I just finished installing Falcon 4.0/BMS 4.34/4.35, HOTAS Cougar, and getting them to talk to each other, somewhat,….lol I have watched an instructional video to do this on youtube. I have been trying to get the Throttle & Joystick to calibrate properly with BMS 4.35. I have been trying to copy and paste docs to the particular files in HOTAS & BMS. The video instructed me to also copy and paste a file doc called Cougar_DX 4.35 key that was to be located in the TM Cougar (Dunc_DX) along with a TMM & TMJ file, yet I cannot find the Cougar_DX 4.35, it is NOT in the directory as the video details it to be. Is there anyone who knows where this file might be? in the software package or what 4.35 ver package it might be in?I Thank Yoy flyers in advance,
JD
