RE: YAME64 suite
Hi …
YAME was working very fine for BMS, but one of a sudden I have this screen when trying to start it …
And I just can’t run it anymoreSolved:
Right-click over YAME icon on the desktop, “Run with graphic processor” a list will slide out of the main list, choose the default option and it’s now working perfectly -
RE: YAME64 suite
Still need help with YAME, it opens a white screen whenever I try to run it …
Is it something with JAVA script or C++redist ???
attached is how my YAME looks -
RE: YAME64 suite
Current YAME needs tome tweaks in order to work well with 4.34 and still waiting for a compatible version, whenever it comes.
MFDE latest version works like a charm and supplies almost everything one needs.Thanx man, yes it works very well, wish I knew that yesterday before our flight

RE: IVC stopped connecting all of a sudden
I’m wondering if any of you guys is running Windows 10 build 1809 cuz it’s probably system issue, with that build windows made some modifications to the Windows Defender, I’m waiting for Windows to release their fix patch to be able to update to Build 1903…
It’s the last step before I commit suicide :frusty:

RE: IVC stopped connecting all of a sudden
IVC is already there…
And now the problem is not only IVC, even the game is not connecting to any server ️ -
RE: IVC stopped connecting all of a sudden
I had the same problem. Windows defender detected the IVC client.exe (x64) like a virus and deleted it. Probably you don’t have the IVC client.exe any more. You will have to get the exe application again (you don’t have to reinstall BMS for that) but first, disable Windows defender. Then add a scan exception and enable Windows defender again. I hope this will help
I already disabled the windows defender and also made an exception rule for falcon BMS folder and files, see attached.

RE: IVC stopped connecting all of a sudden
Windows 10? If so, which version?
If it’s a clean install and an antivirus hasn’t deleted the IVC Client.exe (you’ve ruled that out) the usual cause of IVC problems is incorrect port forwarding on your router. If you were able to connect before the Windows Update then that probably isn’t the issue, but let’s rule it out anyway. Screenshots of your port forwarding page from your router would help. Remember IVC needs ports 9987…9989 UDP only.
If it’s another Windows 10 Update own-goal I’m sure someone else beta testing Windows 10 for Microsoft will be able to suggest a cure.
Thanks for the input man …
I got my windows defender disabled, and made an exception for BMS folder and files including the IVC… -
IVC stopped connecting all of a sudden
Hello Devs,
I used to fly MP with no issues, and after having windows update I wasn’t able to connect to any Falcon BMS server, I figured out that it’s a firewall security issue, so I disabled both windows firewall and windows defender, but nothing happened, then added new inbound and outbound rules for both BMS and IVC and right after, BMS is connecting to other servers but IVC is not.
I made a clean installation for both windows and BMS ( to get rid of all of the unnecessary registry keys ) with no luck, both BMS and IVC are unable to connect to any server, I then tried to connect through another router with different IP and with all of the requested ports forwarded, and still not able to connect (while others can connect through the same router).
Now with both windows firewall and windows defender disabled, I cannot accuse the router of blocking my connection it’s something within my system but I just can’t figure out.
Need your help.

RE: A Guide to Morphine’s Profile for BMS 4.33 and Beyond
Based on your Devicesorting.txt, I can tell target is not functioning properly. In your device sorting, you should have “Thrustmaster Combined” at the top. “Thrustmaster Virtual Game Controller (root)” means the profile did not complete it’s setup correctly. The number 1 cause of this issue is the teamspeak bug. You’ll have to remove the joystick addon and restart. Detailed instructions are on page 1 of this thread.
There may also be numerous other causes of the Target Bug. It’s been reported that it maybe caused by performance monitoring software like MSI afterburner, power management settings, registry settings, ect. Review the last few pages of the thread and you’ll see numerous people struggling with the problem also.
I run a pretty clean system, Windows 10, and I have zero issue with the script or target. And since there is an infinite combination of system configurations and software, the problem is not something i can feasibly debug for everyone. The only way to eliminate causality is to do a clean install of target and warthog drivers, including deleting any registry entries for the devices. Remove as much of the 3’rd party software as u can, until you get Thrustmaster Combine to appear in the joystick control panel. Click start and type joy.cpl to view it. However before you going doing that, try fixing the teamspeak bug first. It’s generally the most pain free fix.
Man, I really appreciate you efforts of sorting everyone’s problem out, including me, I know also that it’s an annoying task to think and troubleshoot these problem remotely …
I just made a trick and it did work for now, I changed the location of the MFD where the mouse was clicking, cuz I noticed that it clicks in a fixed point over the screen, so now it clicks in a non clickable gauge, So… problem solved although I will try to fix the issue of “Thrustmaster Combined” line
Thanks bro, cheers -

RE: A Guide to Morphine’s Profile for BMS 4.33 and Beyond
It sounds like you have OSB button 3 bound to joystick 27 button in YAME or middle mouse button. Check the callbacks tab in YAME to see what’s going on. Also, just make sure you have all the most recent files for the profile. They are on page 1 of this thread.
Thank you for the quick response, well it’s a good point of view as I was playing with Helios and I found a key map or something that ties YAME, Helios with joystick profile, I’ll try to find it and then delete it.
But I wanna say that this issue happens even if YAME is not running, Like if I started Hotas profile and clicked on this MIC Switch Up ( on desktop), the mouse moved to the same place of OSB3 on my second screen and clicks …
so, does YAME have something to do with it ? -
RE: A Guide to Morphine’s Profile for BMS 4.33 and Beyond
Check that device sorting is setup properly, the Thrustmaster combine should be at the top. Next, verify that the target software is working properly. With the profile running hit the Windows start button and type joy.cpl This opens the joystick control panel. You should only see Thrustmaster Combine, the software should be hiding the actual joystick and throttle when a profile is running.
I checked everything, and all was OK…
I checked the Throttle mapping to figure out what is the name of this switch that is responsible for TQS UHF, and it was MIC Switch up, so in .tmc text file, I found this line
"//Mic Switch
MapKeyIO(&Throttle, MSU, DX27, CHAIN( MOUSE_CENTER, DX27)); "
I thought that this “Mouse_Center” is doing something wrong, so i took a copy of the file, and erased this word
Of course that ruined everything, so i undo the modification I made, but it didn’t help …
So I removed Target, removed the profile text file and key mapping file, and installed everything from scratch…
Guess what, the problem still exist -
RE: A Guide to Morphine’s Profile for BMS 4.33 and Beyond
Good Job bro, thank you …
I installed your profile and config and everything was just fine, until suddenly when I click TQS UHF button, which is the right hat switch on the throttle, when i pull it up, it also presses on left MFD OSB 3 at the same time, I closed the game, closed YAME, and just let the profile running, when I press TQS UHF on desktop, the mouse changes it’s location and presses on the same place where OSB 3 on my second screen… -
RE: Throttle problem (Logitech 3D pro)
http://support.logitech.com/en_au/product/extreme-3d-pro/downloads
This URL is for your Joystick software, download it and create new profile for BMS, adjust your joystick as needed.
BTW, I have the same Logiteck 3D MAX PRO but having no issue with it. -
RE: Throttle problem (Logitech 3D pro)
Hi pilots,
So, in the plane, when I move my logitech throttle to max, the F16 throttle gets to max too but starts to move when I am only around 60%. Then when I move back to zero the F16 throttle get down only to c.a 60%. It just looks like I have a huge deadzone on the lower 60% of my logitech throttle when in game (but not in setup menu)!
Any idea if that’s a sort of bug or is it an obscure normal behaviour?By the way, can somebody explain me what is the idle detent doing?
Thanks for your help,
If you are talking about the RPM which is the gauge in the right console, so that is a normal behavior, F-16 Engine idles at 60% of full power this is why when you get your throttle all the way back, the RPM will still at 60 or 70% …
Anyway, Terminator illustrated the idle detent very well, nothing more to say.
I just recommend to read the Training manual, located in the Documentation folder, go through the first couple pages of sweeps and ramp start, you can reach it through the launcher before starting the game, that would help.

BMS 4.33 U3 KTO Crushed in a weird way
Hello fellas, I was running my first KTO campaign which was very stable and everything was looking good, I’m in the last few hours of Day 4 and I had an OCA STRIKE mission, I was asked to destroy the runway of NACHODKA airbase, it’s located in the very far end of the upper edge of the map.
Everything was fine I led a 4 ship package, got bandits about 60 nm away from target area, 8 Mig 29s were down, only me and my wingman survived the intersection.
I approached the target area, had SA2 spike 40nm away from TGT, and up till this moment, everything in the sim was perfect.
I was descending from about 29K feet to 7K or less to avoid the SA2s and suddenly the cockpit disappeared and the whole screen red out, and my MFD extractor showed a radar range of -99 high and -99 low !!!
I switched to external view, and there was no aircraft, I had to end the game, the status was ( Pilot OK )…. Neither MIA nor KIA.
anyone has an explanation???
