You have to register there. I’ve already bought several spare parts (knobs, hats, gimbals etc.) and they are very cheap and fast in delivery.
They were cheap.
2012 I was given a quote for both gimbals and the center post: 20$

I only needed the gimbals so I got them for 15€ incl. shipping.
Last week I asked for another quote and now, the gimbals alone would set me back 40€, no center post available anymore.
Wish I would have ordered more back then…
