So… crazy late reply. Sorry. Thanks Gastone. That seems to be my issue. Sucks. I’m way to lazy to try to build a new key map My BMS days are over unless/until TM fixes Target.

Hi SageOT I had the same error; I fixes it by uninstalling the Warthog drivers and TARGET, dowloading the new versions of each, and importantly making sure your throttle and stick are not plugged in during TARGET re-install. That worked for me…
