A word of thanks…
-
Just wanted to direct a word of thanks to the dev team of Falcon BMS. I grew up around the Viper as my father was an F-16 pilot for about 30 years and this incredible piece of art you have created has helped me to connect with him in ways I didn’t think possible. Our relationship has had significant ups and downs over the years and being able to experience this simulator has allowed me to feel connected to him when we may otherwise not be. Not only has it provided me incredible insight to the things he worked so hard to achieve, but has also given us something to talk about as I probe him for information and help in learning the aircraft and it’s systems. (To listen to him rip apart Krause’s radio calls and how-to videos is quite comical)
Anyways, you guys have obviously dedicated yourselves to providing a service without reward of great financial gains…and you should be reminded that it is so greatly appreciated. Thank you for what you have done for this community.

Tell your Dad thanks for his service, and I am glad this has helped you.
Have you shown this to him. I know I miss what I did in service?Bullet

Glad you found BMS and glad it has helped you with connecting to your dad. May I be the cheeky one and ask if your dad is interested in participating in this forum? 30 years in the Viper; I’m sure there are a lot of folks here who would want to ask him a lot of stuff.

GOTS.

I have brought it up to him and it did seem to peak his interest. Biggest problem is he spends every spare moment fly fishing or tying flies. I’ll see him tomorrow and let him know about the group and see if I can talk him into jumping back in the jet so to speak.
