Well mate, i have confirmed 28 spots.
About the missing TWY B, yes you have right. For the new release will be missing. In the future it will be added.

Not a bad idea Eghi, really. These standard airbases of BMS are one of the main drawbacks for me. Maybe i should make a training course with Nove

I still have a question regarding AB’s not equipped with DEP/APP charts, as example the formerly named Adnan Menderes. There are RL charts available on the net, including a DEP via OKESA. Okesa is on Radial 153 of IZMIR, DME45.
IZMIR ist not available as Navaid. How hard is it to implement this into AEGEAN theatre? Sadly i don’t have clue about theare modeling so i’m curios how this works, maybe i can even help with that.
I’m an advanced illustrator user so drawing DEP/APP charts won’t be that huge problem (finding the time to do so will ;-)) but without the right corresponding NAVAID in the theatre it doesn’t make sense to draw them.

Well my good friend, it isn’t so easy like you think…
Of course you can find and print the real charts, BUT there is always a variation between the real life and the Falcon theaters!
With that in mind, we must always convert/transfer the real status to our needs with the smallest variation that the Falcon permits.
As an example: You mention the OKESA fix that is on IZMIR VOR/DME on R-153/45 DME. But you forgot to mention that OKESA fix is also on RODOS (RDS) VOR/DME on R-335/85 DME. In other words you must first find the line that connects the 2 specific NavAids in Aegean theater, get the proper Radial and then try to find the nearest DME according to real data.
If you want, i can give you some “lights” in how you can insert your NavAids as some critical/important rules in order to create/draw your personal good navigation charts.
We can manage to have an online meeting in your TS, IF you want of course. In english, i don’t know german and you don’t know greeks :p.

Well about the question of the differences between the Aegean v1.5 (and the upcoming v1.6) and EMF, of course EMF is better in more levels.
Bigger area covered, great unique airports, awesome skins and 3D models and some other.
But Aegean has a sector that makes it simply the best theater around at that specific sector.
Some real pilots and virtual squadrons that use it, know it. Nothing more in order to not “light” up a fire, my intention is not this for sure.
I always respect others works and offers and i NEVER offended to anyone else.
So if you want, try to find it by yourself ;).

I’ve flown both, and in my experience the quality is just as good in Aegean as it is in EMF. The only real difference (for me) is the size of the map. Also, EMF has a slight edge here because all of Greece is usable instead of just a sliver of it. It can be pretty weird sometimes to move the map around and see half an island or country right on the border…
One of the problems I have is setting up friendly flights to interdict properly with enemy flights in Aegean because of the usually vast amounts of distance that have to be flown for my preferred countries to duke it out.

I identified a problem.
On Air Base Merkez , the active runway announced by the control tower doesn’t correspond at the real active runway.
When the Merkez AB’s control tower announce “taxi runway 0-1”, the IA aircraft move to the runway 1-9. And vice versa.Acrolys

Great to see the new layout and really looking forward to 1.6! Coincidentally i checked Kastelli on Google Maps today and i’m amazed how close to the real this AB is, really curios to see it in “real” (read 3D)
A question regarding the new approch, why did you changed it? Just wondering because the new approach is crossing LGR-9 and when there are flights on the range it could get dangerous with incoming AC to Kasteli. Or am i wrong?

Well about your question “why did i changed the procedure?”, well the answer is easy:
We/you want and always ask for more realism, right?
Check the below real procedure and then you have your reply:Now you may ask me: “O.k. Nikos, i got your point but inside the real chart there is no LGR-9.”.
Well in that we have: Actually the area LGR-9 now is a Local Flying Area, the Local Flying Area Assimi with limits from GND to 6,000.
So Local Flying Areas usually used for small planes to do VFR practise and not for military jets to have a firing range. But in Aegean exactly there we have a firing range.
So as in real life similar situations, simply a NOTAM by the headquarters can solve the possible issue and take care the safe separation.
As an example, i should personally order my pilots in my squadron to:- (for the joining the range planes) execute a left turn exiting the range just after their last pass on it with a heading of 190 deg. to intercept the KLI R-230 outbound and to manage to fly to FL90, means to be at that altitude if practicable at KLI R-230/24.7 DME, else to that altitude mandatory at the end/exit of the KLI 27 DME arc.
- (for the rest approaching to Kasteli planes) cross the KLI TACAN with a course that avoid to cross the LGR-9 area, and then outbound via KLI R-202 at FL90 until reach holding. Then following holding pattern for once, they can establish a final course to execute the TACAN approach.
