That’s why a NAS is nice to have, keeps seeding day/night. Got 13GB uploaded so far.
Glad to help the community! -
I’ll see if its OK with our Hosting benefactor (who host a few of the main public Falcon servers). If its fine with Him, as I expect it will be, Ill leave uTorrent running. Its a Gigabit connection on a trunk line.
That’s Kansas US.See below for Speed Test. PS I have set it up for 10000 kB/s up/down will see what usage we get.
Edit: cut it back to 5000 as it doesn’t need much more.

Glad to help the community!Same here, I have a Linux box in the cellar (an old desktop pc with a couple of drives) that’s running 24/7 and seeding BMS using transmission-daemon. 16GB uploaded so far, not bad for a 1mbit upstream “pipe”
Cheers, Uwe

mine is not stable at all… still very sporadic…

Arty what is not stable ??

When I have it seeding it uploads from time to time and the speed is way low… 1.2 to 4k

That’s normal I think, depends on how many peers need stuff from you atm. Right now I’m seeing 30kb upstream on my server.
Cheers, Uwe

Yes Arty instantaneous levels will vary.
I quoted a “average” over the 7 days of 80kb/s, so as to compare to the previous 100kb/s over the first two days after I set the “torrent” client to host, to show that demand is tapering off, but still there.
