BMS crash - 34" - 2560 x 1080
-
Hi Fighters, i cannot fight @themoment.
Everything was fine on my laptop acer V17.
And today i wanted to start the F-16 on my new 34"monitor with 2560x1080 (LG 34UC79-B). I did following steps.- BMS config: checked the box at 1. …display…external windows
- BMS Display Extraction: select main window, adjust it left -200, top -800, borders checked / unchecked.
at very first try i could adjust the resolution in BMS setup up to 2560x1080px
3)nvidia 3D adjustment profile for BMS is deleted.
the problem now: BMS main menu works - but hitting any button (instant flight or setup) BMS crashes.
Can anybody help me to get back into my cockpit?

First try this. In your User>Config folder, delete the dx9display.dsp file. Try again.
The file will regenerate when you launch BMS.
If nadda, we’ll continue stabbing at it!!

I believe in the hotlist there is a link for the hitting setup crash issue.

Have you tried the solution in the sticky topic of this forum?
