@Nurse: if you have ccc_all_lod zip, in 0-AIR folder, Suez canal war-1956 subfolder, there is a CV HMS Eagle. low poly, low quality simple texture. deck height -47.736275.

cc1t4, Well the Eagle is in my database, looking good. I implemented the phantoms, i am now trying to use your Viktor K2 model. It works, but i cannot show the landing gear. Should i look in the .dat file (I replace the an225), or change settings in Lodeditor??

iscomplex = 1btw edit the following lines for animating wheels.
animWheelRadius1 1.00
animWheelRadius2 2.00
animWheelRadius3 2.00also edit gear Zpos values to make wheel touch the ground.

btw ships should have better wake effect.

One quiestion: I change the skins from bmp to dds, but now the transparant color is meshed up: do you know wat I did wrong???

the dds must have correct DXT format…

That didn’t work; looking at your pics I saw that the pink area’s were black in your dds file. I googled and came on this page: http://tactical.nekromantix.com/wiki/doku.php?id=falcon4:textures:skinoverview
And it works now!!!

Wel, i found a youtube film for adding moddels/weapons. I succeed in adding weapons. (There is a new skin for a F18 with a special paint wingtank. I copy the tank for that model, so that a Canadian F18 can have a neutral fueltank. )
Trial, error and try again. And with help i will manage. Thanks again for everything.

the bug comes from…
1. the slot number 0 and 1 are reversed.
2. the outermost slot coordinates are wrong. -

before moving to 4.33U1, i test nove’s stinger squad model in 4.33.
i DOF the two-soldier team model and add one slot.
first i use this lod for stinger squad - wierd, the lod does not trun toward incoming ac constantly, neither fire missile… later i found stinger missile should be IR-SAM, not IR-all aspect.
even doing some tweak, the response is no good.then i replace SA-7 unit with this lod. oh yeah, it works.
the pic show two sa7 squd… once my ac flying closer, their respond is quick-turn and aim at me-constantly, then fire SA7! big SAM blast and flame( fixed in U1)!
i’ve to admit… watching the MANPAD squd reacting to incoming ac(me) looks really cool…and the sweet soldier model adds alot of battle field atomsphere.
