Falcon MFD Software for android tablets
-
Yep, I did this (I selected server IP to 192.168.1.6 and pad was on 192.168.1.2) and confirm that it is WAY faster. Thank you nacnud!
I am having another issue, however. When I press a button on the pad, it doesn’t always register in game. For example, in the HSD MFD page a CNTL press on the pad registers in game… but for some reason DCPL button on the same page does not…
For testing purposes I have the X-52 profile that came with the downloaded selected in both the MFD server and in Falcon itself. Should I send the log through as well?
Thank you so much for this support by the way - FANTASTIC!
Cheers,
tsb47
Out of curiosity, is your PC connected wireless or through the Ethernet?
-
are all the latest keyfiles and updates and installation specifics still at the beggining of the thread… i really dont feel like going through 99 pages to find files and instructions… and i use an x65… anyone else using this with an x65 that has a keyfile i can borrow…

Wow… I’m enjoying this a lot! It’s much less laggy than other solutions i’ve tried. I have a small problem… It say my A/B is on when it’s not. Any ideas?
Thanks

DomestosIt may just be out of sync. For example, if I turn on my jammer through the cockpit and then use the switch on my tablet, my ECM will now be out of sync. Tablet shows it is off but the cockpit says it’s on. This may not be your case…but just a thought.
Out of curiosity, are you running a “Quad Core” tablet? I am asking since you mentioned “less laggy”.

It’s a HP Touchpad with Cyanogenmod installed. It’s only 1.2Ghz dual core.
I used other solutions ages ago but they all lagged badly. There is a bit of lag with this but not enough to be a problem.BTW It’s not a synch issue. That piece of data is not getting through, just tested it

Roger. If you need a keyfile for testing purposes, just PM me your email address. If the issue goes away with my keyfile, then just copy and paste the appropriate DX lines to your keyfile….you may need to delete the A/B line from your keyfile though.

hello everyone,
I’ve installed and followed all the steps at the instruction, the MFD is displaying the data of the flight but all the buttons are not work (MFD,ICP…)
the key file is full and no yellow lines at the server but I don’t know how to assign MFD buttons on tablet to work. there are no sign of anything when I press the buttons.
the firewall is off and the ports are opened at the router. (I’ve searched for a solution on the forum but haven’t find)
please help me with thisthank you in advance

I’ve noticed that at the APK on android, after starting or pressing the buttons of MFD it’s writing on the LOG the following:

also put my server ip address in the DMZ on the router, telnet enabled, ports are open and firewall off. run server as administrator and valid key file.
the MFD is displaying properly the FCR,TGP… and from the server when I click “send img to and” I get the image.
no matter what I do, still get the error above and no function of buttons. -

the MFD,RWR,DED displays are working. the situation is that all the buttons are not working (every press of a button get the "Err 2017.03.04 15:47:26 threadHandlerHataKayit –> java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "10.0.0.7
“: No address associated with hostname”) at LOG. can you please explain to me how to configure buttons step by step…? (even though there are no sign of response) also I’ve tried the key file you sent to me and there is no change so probably it’s something else from keyfile
