@Cloud:
Yes you missed something!! lol
You can deposit the skins directly into your \Falcon BMS 4.33 U2\Data\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObj folder.
If they’re HiRes than they go in the KoreaObj_HiRes folder.
Backup those folders just for safe keeping, in case anything goes wrong or you wish to revert back.
LodEditor is only necessary if you are going to install License plates.

Doh :wfish:
Thanks C9. Saved me a few hours of unnecessary work.
OK next question. License plates? Tried googling BMS License plates but not making much sense of it

Should I put the skins in the hires folder? I thought that I should put them to the kor_obj folder to avoid problems when zooming out. Thanks I will try

I can’t understand. what exactly did you do? did you copied all the skins in the skins folder except the optional ones to the hires/obj_korea folder or did you do something else? because I tried to put the skins in korea_obj and to the hires folder (not at the same time) but both didn’t work.

Copy JanHas skins to the KoreaOBJ folder. If there are any skins in the Hires folder of the same name, delete them. There shouldn’t be any in there with that name, and if there are, it just means you’ve installed them there by mistake.

I already did that one. Here what I tried. I changed the theater after applying the skin and still see the problem. but when I changed the theater, the skin was reverted back to the original skin of the block 42

Depending on theatre, it will have it’s own objects/skins. Strong DPRK or PVP might use the standard Korea Database; honestly I can’t remember. If you’re switching to Ostsee or Balkans etc, then they have their own DB and so changes you make in Korea won’t appear in Ostsee etc.

According to Janhas pdf file
“Installation of the skins. Copy all the DDS skins to the Koreaobj folder. Do NOT copy them in the KoreaObj_HiRes folder!! Remove skins with the same texture numbers from the KoreaObj_HiRes folder.”
If you copied skins in the Koreaobj folder, you did right. But would do it again? Maybe, you forgot that. But you could think you did. I had the same experience.
If you are playing other campaign, maybe there is the right folder for the campaign. -
Remove skins with the same texture numbers from the KoreaObj_HiRes folder."
Possibly he forgot to remove the same numbered skins from the KoreaObj_HiRes folder. He did say at one time he placed the skins in both folders??
If you are playing other campaign, maybe there is the right folder for the campaign.
Skins are not campaign specific, they cover all campaigns in a given theater.

Some news:
1. Have fixed small issues with F-16AM RNLAF. v3 has the following fixes:- LOD 3 and 4 LEF dof issue fixed.
- Tiny front wheel texture issue fixed (2741.dds)
- I added the pouches to the pilot model for LOD 2’s.
2. The Norwegian F-16AM is ready. I had to build a new ladder, move the oxygen hose to the right side and give the pilot a dry suit. The model has one skin set but two tails from the 331st and 338th squadron.
You can download the packages from my website.
The next model will be the Belgian before I move to the RDAF.

Thank you very much JanHas this RNLAF re-model is totally awesome as all your re-modelled F-16’s are, they complete BMS 4.33 in every way, have you ever thought about updating the Harrier or Tornado GR4/IDS/ADV at all as I am sure they would benefit from your expertise, thanks again.
