BMS 4.33 U4 - x64 Launch Crash at Splash

Do you have two GTX 1070’s in your computer? What if you try disabling one of them?
No, just the one.
-
No, just the one.
Your crash log says otherwise!?!?!
GPU 0: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070\. Vendor: 4318\. Device: 7041\. SubSys: 1651914818\. Revision: 161. GPU 1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070\. Vendor: 4318\. Device: 7041\. SubSys: 1651914818\. Revision: 161.

That’s just because there’s two monitors using it.
And yes, I have tried disabling the second monitor, still won’t run.
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz. GenuineIntel. Stepping: 3 Model: C Family: 6. GPU 0: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070\. Vendor: 4318\. Device: 7041\. SubSys: 1651914818\. Revision: 161. 36% memory in use:
EDIT:
No information program actually lists it as two GPUs.

If you disabled your second monitor, you may want to delete the dx9display.dsp file again and check!!
Have you rolled back your driver yet?

Yes I have stated I’ve tried with rolled back drivers.
I will try the dx9 thing again, though one is never generated when trying to load it on 64bit, I have to load it on 32bit for it to generate one, as I guess with the 64bit version it crashes before it gets to that point.
EDIT: No go.

Do you by chance use MSI AB?

-
IMHO, first thing first, did you check Windows system files integrity ?
If not, open a command window as administrator :
1- Type in Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If operation successful,
2- Type in SFC /SCANNOW
If successful, restart your system.

Didn’t seem to have any issues, still no go.

instaling bms without nvidia drivers

Sound drivers. Update them
Any force feedback devices connected?
VGA driver go to first release and start going to newer one at a time.
Re download and re install falcon.
Antivirus off.Unplug everything from the PC but leave power and monitor and mouse only. Fire up falcon. Does it open? (Most probably not) but u never know. If yes, Then one by one connect ur devices and fire up falcon.
Melt the device causing the problem… [emoji38]Στάλθηκε από το MI 5 μου χρησιμοποιώντας Tapatalk

Uninstalled both the HD audio driver(not needed anyways), and geforce experience.

No, rolling back as in uninstalling the drivers and installing older ones. Doesn’t make a difference, and it shouldn’t since there’s people using the current drivers and it’s functional.
-
Well do you select clean install?

Yes
-
Well one thing remains a clean os install. Don’t install anything else but drivers needed for Falcon only and try.

Was hoping it wouldn’t have to come to this but I guess there’s really no other solution.
Oh well, reformatted, game runs fine now.
Thanks everyone for your help
