Three Monitor Problem Again
-
Falcon 4 has been working great until very recently when I decided to reinstall all my software to cleanout my hard drive. I got everything working except that Falcon 4 is not picking up all three monitors. I followed the instructions which were given to me per my post: OldFalcon - Three Monitors - 5/13/2016 at 17:36. The Setup page shows the correct resolution: 5760 X 1200. I changed the Falcon BMS.cfg file. Also tried to delete dx9display.dsp file which is recreated every time I try to run Falcon 4. I set the parameters of my Nvidia Control Panel to Span Displays with Surround. My graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti. All other software uses the three monitors. Thank you.

I have heard that some of the newest drivers are giving some problems with surround. The latest (April Win 10 update) has some problems also with multi monitor.

Thank you for the response. That is what I am thinking. However things were working until about a week ago when I demolished all apps on my hard drive. But the night before I installed Falcon 4 Windows had a big update. I am thinking that was it. The thing is no other app is having problems.

Well the thing is falcon ain’t any other app.

It worked! It worked! Thank you so much! Arty gave me the answer but I am such a light weight I was not sure what he was talking about. I knew there had to be an answer out there and it was a simple one at that.
