Your CPU is good enough, go for V-card and I think you better take Nvidia 980 or maybe in ~same price you better already go for the newer GTX-1070 no?

Thankyou reply I-Hawk.
I think the used gtx980.

yeap definitely VGA… your current with just 1.5gb struggles…

Thank you for all! m( _ _ )m
I would First buy the VGA.
Next to the CPU. -
I simply does not understand how works BMS4 or VGA or both. Here is my story…
After 1 year I launched BMS4 to make a video and starting set up the controls. When I launched first the FPS was 150-170 in an empty TE. I changed nothing, I recorded some scenes with stone age FRAPS. The without changing anything or only level of multisampling from 0 to 1 the FPS in 3D cockpit never went above 30 (locked at 30) or was even lower. In orbit or any outside view FPS locks at 42-43. Since then I’m not able to set usable FPS regardless of tons of different ingame and VGA driver settings.
I tried to turn off all ingame settings (multisampling, AA, AF, etc) and allow the VGA driver control AA and AF and other stuff. FPS still was low or locked at 30. In case I turn on in BMS4 the Vsync the FPS - as long as system can hold - locks at 60 FPS, but in case just drops barely below 60 - I have no idea why when it should be above 100 - the transition between the smooth 60 FPS lock and lower zone rather was felt close to 20 FPS even the FPS display indicates 50-60.
Turning on the Vsync ingame increased the FPS regardless of any other settings. Why…?
Changing anything in CE has no impact on FPS. At first launch everything was set the highest level then even I set lower options I experienced no FPS gain.
What can be the problem…?
I have no idea why I can’t get consistent FPS and what option what does for BMS4.
Also was strange after first setup the AF and AA sometimes worked while I used orbit view and rotated the camera sometimes not. Yes I mean at one moment I saw jagged lines and in the next moment the texture contour was smooth.(I have no FPS issue with any other games.)

high fps means no vsynch.
with vsynch if your monitor is at 60hz then it locks there. if your gpu can’t handle it then it drops half thus your 30.
if u used fraps along this is normal as the vga double works
1. to display the 3d
2. to capture the displayed 3d.
So the fps drops vastly and in most cases like 50%Now vsynch can be handled by the driver settings or the falcon settings.
IIRC the rule was vsync on in vga driver and off in BMS gfx settings. So the problem actually was the initial run with the 100+ fps.
more details in the manual.
g_bTripleBuffering Enables (1) or disable (0) DirectX triple buffering. This should give a slight FPS boost on most graphic cards, especially if vSync is on or if external displays are in use.
and:
page 35VERTICAL SYNC Attempts to synchronise the frame rate to the refresh rate on your display, to avoid the tearing of images that may occur at higher frame rates, especially noticeable when you turn pan your view around (using Track IR or similar). In BMS the options are on or off, for other options you will need to switch this off in the BMS UI and force it on in your graphics card control panel, which is often the best option today. Once again you are advised to test this yourself to find out which setting (BMS UI or driver setting) gives you the experience you are most comfortable with.
you can read for the advanced options on page 38.
Also on your vga driver settings if you hover on every setting or click it it displays the needed information to understand what is it doing.

high fps means no vsynch.
I know. But pls explain the effect.
I have very low FPS locked at 30. –-> Turn vsynch —> 60 FPS and sometimes falling below 60. What…?with vsynch if your monitor is at 60hz then it locks there. if your gpu can’t handle it then it drops half thus your 30.
Without any vsynch is locked at 30 but it feels rather 15…
if u used fraps along this is normal as the vga double works
1. to display the 3d
2. to capture the displayed 3d.
So the fps drops vastly and in most cases like 50%Only for FPS display, I know the effect of the record. Only the first time without FRAPS record was the FPS 130-170 and even while I used FRAPS FPS was way higher than 50 or 60.
Now vsynch can be handled by the driver settings or the falcon settings.
Only the internal had any effect. I have no idea why.
IIRC the rule was vsync on in vga driver and off in BMS gfx settings.
I do not wish to use the vsynch but it caused FPS boost which is 100% not logical.
So the problem actually was the initial run with the 100+ fps.
Nope. Only the first time worked since I was not able to reproduce what I expect. Not for recording just for flying in an empty TE is not usable currently to me the BMS4. I do not have better idea than update every SW then reinstall BMS4…

well regardless what fraps say and if its old version better trust the falcon counter or if your vga has some tool for this or rivatuner.
well how many hz is ur monitor? from what u write must be 60 thus the 60 fps lock. u cant go higher cause your monitor cant display them due to the 60hz refresh limitation.
when u drop bellow 60 it shows just that.
this is common vga - monitor issue. in some cases faulty cables are to be blamed for.
use tripple buffering
set in your vga the settings to high performance.
if your monitor is 60hz then don’t ask for more, this is your limit, so either get a new monitor with 120 or 140Hz or change your cable or VGA.
If you take it and one step back your CPU might be the reason cause it doesn’t feed the subsystems that fast. For this maybe a faster ram will help a bit in the aspect of keeping the low fps values higher and not Booooost your high fps values.it’s all in the subsystems balance and flow of the data.
So not always more is better. Less is more in some cases.
going very deep in details is headbanging and per system specific… talking about dropped frames and the rest.
You could use logging software to spot bottlenecks if you want to.
Run the logger then run Falcon and after mission finished or recording finished observe the logs and where shit happens and why.here are some reads for u:

https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/fast-sync-vs-vsync-smooth.419002/How can I turn off FPS counter? Does the BMS4 have such option?
I guess my screen has 60 FPS limit. My problem the FPS what I get is totally inconsistent with the settings. -
old keystrokes is
ctrl+z then quickly press r.
new keystrokes files is:
Alt+c then release and quickly press f
Alt+c means press them together.
