Questions about Cloud Rotation Method Settings

Hello guys,
I have a few questions about cloud rotation settings.
1. I didn’t find it in the Falcon BMS.cfg file. Why? Is this a setting not recommended?
2. In order just to get rid of the disturbing effect of the rotation of clouds, if I set it to cockpit (0), will it effect the synchronization or the identical appearance of my clouds as compared to the server’s?Thank you,

the setting is not here because it should be keep by default. Only in exceptional cases, for shooting videos, some people might want to change the method for external view.

all players will see the same cloud , whatever their rotation method

If all players will see the same cloud regardless of rotation method, then why should it be kept in default?

because default is the best option for cockpit view.
the other options are done to change the default view in external view, for camera shots
now if you want cloud turning back in cockpit, you can use other options
