Please send to me PM. thanks.

Because of megaupload’s demise I have no place to host the file at this time.
I would welcome suggestions of other ways.
In the mean time, if you want to profile, drop me a PM.All people who have dropped me a PM by 3rd of Feb, should have received their emails with the profile.

Ok the link is fixed with a new Rapidshare location.
It will show as a 0.00Kb file, but that is due to Rapidshare’s rounding policy. It’s 2 kb or so. -
Yassy:
Just tried out your profile. I just got TrackIR 5 recently and have been using the hat mounted reflector. Installed your profile and connected the Track Clip Pro for the first time. WOW what a difference in stability! Looking forward to flying some missions with this new setup.
Thanks to you and this excellent forum.

This is a great profile thanks Yassy
-
I agree, I’ll use it as well and finally replace my default profile.
It’s perfect for pitbuilders too, I lost TIR centring often when looking back in the pit, not anymore
Thank you Yassy -
Just tried this profile and it constantly crashes trackir v. 4 software.
So it must be a trackir 5 profile. Now… since I have a “thing” with version 5 in my system could u please the settings in detail so to make it in my trackir 4 setup?

I have a TIR 4 hardware but use the v5 software - profile works great

Works for me too but have some ctds and nonresponsive tracking lot’s of times so I let it go. Maybe I should try it again. Regerdless I believe lot’s of ppl use v. 4.
-
cheers
No have never had a CTD with the combination but I do try many different profiles and I have had nonresponsive tracking like you. Yassy’s is the first that meets my needs as I do like pressing buttons on the MFDs and the stability of this profile works for me. Accessing the side panels is better with profile as well. One day I will get a couple of those Thrustmaster MFDs -
Hello Yassy ,you have a PM,many tanks
-
Thank you Yassy! It works like a charm!
-
Just some adjustment I made based on Yassy’s profile that is more better and realistic to my likes is: I enabled Y and Roll axis in Motion Adjustment.

Thanks for taking this up yourselves, guys.
As you might know I have become a dad of a baby boy several months ago.
This has seriously cut down my simming time and I apologise for being MIA on these boards.
I am getting more time back now and I am going to keep tabs on this thread again from now on.
If there are people who have put in a request, but never got a reply, please accept my apologies. I have done my best to reply to everyone’s request, but might have missed some. It wasn’t intentional!
Please send your request again if you are still waiting for the profile.Arty, I am curious to see what you have altered. I am always interested in further optimizing the profile.
Cheers guys!

Is this profile for the track clip pro?
Eventhough the standard profile of the TrackIR works quite well in BMS, I did not like the direct control.
It resulted in jittery view and when looking at cockpit panels I found it hard to keep the viewpoint steady. The principle for the profile revolves around having a stable view, with a deadzone around the center forward view, to make flying and fighting with the aircraft as smooth as possible without having to adjust view constantly, resulting in fighting the view AND the aircraft.
I have strived to keep the deadzone as small as to keep the view steady, but prevent a ‘sticky’ feeling when trying to look around.
Furthermore I have limited the movement in the Z-Axis to prevent jittering in the viewpoints.
Instead, use the mousewheel (or zoom axis on your hotas if you have that mapped) to zoom in / out. This profile is actually an edited version of my DCS profile.
While the DCS profile works best when keeping precision mode on all the time, but I have found this not to be the case in BMS. It makes the view a bit too slow, while without precision mode the view is very direct. YMMV.
Get it here!
