I tried several other mission and same result since this afternoon -
which AC type were you flying?

This question needs to be answered too to help us : is it the same whatever plane you try ? I mean : Did you tried the campaign ?With the same AC? With other AC? CTD too ? You should try thoses combinations then report on the forum . We’ll see more clearly after this

I tried several trg TE with F16B i guess, a campaign mission with F16 Block50, a quick made TE with F16MLU BAF everytime on the koreal base theater.

What if you try in another theater ? for example : A f-16B in ITO ? Try a plane with whom it previously CTDed in your previous attempts and try to fly with it in another theater . We will know if your issue is theater related (it seems so at 1st look) or if it could be smg else .
-EDIT- Any mods installed on your F-16s ? (textures/skins …) ? Other mods/add-on ?

Just try, with Israel Theater for 4.35 and a F16 MLU BAF Crash when entering 3D
Same with the LorikKTO map for 4.35 and the Trg TE “landing”RTT client not working, no modification on hardware etc made between the working 4.35 and the moment it’s start crashing.
Other Sim and game are working wellIf you have a discord and want to make some other tests feel free, I have some times

Subsidiary question : Could u try the same campaign that crashed in ITO with your MLU , but with a non F-16 AC ?
Just try, with Israel Theater for 4.35 and a F16 MLU BAF Crash when entering 3D
Same with the LorikKTO map for 4.35 and the Trg TE “landing”Meaning : issue not theater related .
Further tests will eliminate other possible causes .
I just tried a MiG-23 in ITO and all is working fine .
Smell of bad install or corrupted file . Anyway, you should make a test as described . Then , we will be able to sort some hypothesis .

Rolling thunder Campaign KTO with Mig23, same issue
I’m going to remove it again, and reinstall it with win defender off and an exclusion folder just to test -
And I would add : change your download source if possible . Better not reinstall the same file , as it may be a corrupted one .
Even better : Try your solution first, with the same file. If it doesn’t work , then , try my suggestions(new file from another source) .

Ok, I finish to figure out what was wrong
If you launch a TE with some hardware switches in wrong position, when entering in 3D world, aircraft is not initializing and just crash, in my case it was a switch on START1 position (I tested in START2, it crash also the sim.
Curiously, no issue with the 4.34 with switches in incorrect position…Thanks for the support and sorry to make you loose your time

Logs indicate a problem with playing engine sounds. Are you sure there’s no modification to the sound table or the actual sound effect files from the stock install??

Absolutely , As I can easily reproduce the crash with a simple switch not in relation with any engine sound.
After entering the 3D and aircraft initialization, I can use that switch without crash.
To be sure, I changed the start 1 & 2 to an another switch and I was able to reproduce the crash as well.
So, it’s not “switch” related but simulator function related.
Crash occurs only in 4.35 and not in 4.34 even if the switch is in position START 1 or 2
Other function could provoke a crash, I didn’t tested all of themNot critical, peoples with hardware and simpit has to perform an interior check before launching in 3D
It’s a step up in term of realism
No software update has been made on my computer for at least 1 week

I don’t know will it help somebody, but I’ve had CTD with no log unfortunately … now, (unconfirmed) probably because use of internal antialiasing and quality mechanisms, as those were used at the time.
CTD happened when I turned NVG on/off few times… noticed there was no animated NVG transition (aka nvg gains-up),
So…
When both AA/AQ turned off internally , and used “override app” AA(4) and AF(16) on driver level (profile) … ctd be gone… so , a place to start. , … also both Vsync and TripleBuffering are ON internally and vsync is “default on app preferred” in driver profile.
Also NVG transition animation works properly now.I’m using AMD Rx580 with latest driver 20.12.1 .

Then are you sure these logs go with crash events you experienced?? The logs indicate crashing in the code nowhere near the places with keystroke/button inputs are processed so I’d ordinarily conclude that there’s no correlation to switch inputs or positions.
That said, if you can come up with a specific sequence of switch activations that provoke a crash immediately we could look at it. It is possible that something unusual like a “START 1” release input happening before there has been any “START 1” press (or some equivalent; an input in what would be an “impossible” activation order if you were using only keyboard/mouse inputs) might cause an issue. This would only be possible with physical switch hardware. But if you want more attention on this we’d need a more specific description of how to replicate this to zero in on it.

Had problems with BMS 4.35 freezing after some time flying, As I read that V-Sync causes problems, I disabled it from the N Vidia control panel, and that fixed it.-
