Pilot model fo F-16

The problem with installer for mods like this (model change) is that it will probably screw up all your other model mods. And weights 200mb while the mod itself has <10mb. And it requires a separate install for every theatre.
Besides, the LE included in the file is quite stable and shouldn’t be a problem. Think of it as a former “dance”.Yes. And then you need to convert it to .dds and put in KoreaObj folder.
got it,well is there a possibility to make more pages for example Balcan needs 7 for all the Countrys ( Itay,Croatia and so one …… )

Did you replace LOD #82 by mistake? The readme in BMS Pilot Model.7z refers to an old LOD number.
To find which LOD to replace in your install look at the cockpit Parent #2 , for my u3 install it is LOD# 7318.
After
Installation guide:
1. !!!Create a backup of files (not folders) in:<dir>\Falcon BMS\Data\Terrdata\objects!!!
2. Put 8018.dds and 8019.dds files in<dir>\BMS\Data\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObj</dir>
</dir>
Using LOD Editor
- Open Parent Record #2 (type “2” next to the “Normal” button and then click it)
- Click the “Edit Mode” button 3 times to change to “View Mode”
- Click View “1” to make sure you are changing the right model.
- Close the viewer
- Click the “Mode” button 3 times to change to “Export Mode”
- Export the original LOD 1 (#7318 ) so you can undo your change later if required.
- Click the “Mode” button 3 times to change to “Replace Mode”
- Click Replace “1” to replace LOD 1 (#7318 ) with loaded.lod
- Change to “View Mode” and click 1 to see the new (#7318 ) model
- Close LOD Editor and test in game.
Your Parent#2 LOD# might be different as it depends on the BMS version or theater you wish to change.

@RPG:
Why no simple one click installer for this like you have for Block 40 HUD?
Because ATM one-click installer removes all previous mods. And this one is too simple to install in LE

Ok, you’re right, I didn’t write what to do with it. Sorry. Basically if you want only legs you can do two things. You can do a normal install and then follow Eagle’s instructions from 1st post or you can download the normal installation but instead of loaded.lod use onlylegs.lod.
Hope that clears things out. -

I wanted to install this very useful mod (with knee-board), but I did not succeed though I followed the instructions. Is this related to the BMS version? I have installed the version 4.32 update 3. YT tutorial about installing this mod would be more useful, and there would be no dilemma.

More likely the theater you are flying.
For stock BMS Korea navigate Lod Editor 6.23 to “Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObj.HDR” and then check/replace the LOD for Parent 2.
Most theaters Balkans, IT-BMS, Panama, etc have their own DB so you need to replace the LOD in their data.
ie. To add the pilot model to Balkans, navigate Lod Editor to “Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Add-On Balkans\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObj.HDR” and then check/replace the Parent 2 LOD (Add-On Balkans Parent #2 uses LOD #82 from the Balkans KoreaObj.LOD).
Edit: Remember to copy the 2 dds texture files for the theater ie. to “Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Add-On Balkans\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObj”
The process is similar for the other add-in theaters but be sure to backup in case of incompatibility.

Thank you, I have been able to install the mod. The error was in the readme file - Installation guide says parent 1. And Create a backup of files (not folders) in:
<dir>\Falcon BMS\Data\Terrdata\objects!!! what files? All? that is 1.3GB! He also writes
Click on ‘normal’, then ‘1’ under “Edit”
8. Click on ‘Select LOD’
9. Select LOD no. 82
If I do so in LOD fields appear n/a, means that guide is not good. Now I have a problem because of the pilot torso I can’t see left panels. Now I’ll have to try “only legs” mode.
And now it means that for every terrain I need to install mod again? Will match the board data to airports in that area? And where to find the appropriate lod?</dir>

LOD Editor makes my eyes bleed.

Too bad there is no possibility that mod can also turn-on/off, because I see that in the keyboard list - there is command ALT+K, but it doesn’t work.
