ILS at Gangneung
-
(Searched for info on this prob, not able to find.) So, there is a charted approach for the ILS RWY 26 at KOG, with 111.5 as the Loc frequency, but the LOC and GS needles are not operational (the GS needle is solid, but it’s not giving the correct commands). They do work correctly while on final for rwy 08, with either NAV/ILS or TCN/ILS, but there is no charted approach to that rwy. Tested this on and off line, same result. Just sayin’.

what version of BMS are you flying? in 4.36 Gwangju is ILS 22R

The ILS should be RWY 26 but for some reason it’s on 08 in 4.36. I moved the 111.5 loc frequency in mission commander from 08 to 26 and then it worked like it should (Charts). Do so at your own risk.

This is getting confusing … Tripp/Bladez
are you using 4.36?

Confirmed in 4.36. The ILS works on the 08 side but not the 26 side that the chart shows.

@Trippp72ndVFW Will be fixed. Thanks for reporting.

TeeSquare and Bladez1 - my bad looking at the wrong AB.

Sokcho needs the same attention. The ILS at these two AB reverted back to 000.00 with U1, so just set them back to 111.00 for Sokcho and 111.50 for KOG.

@Trippp72ndVFW Investigating.
