Tactical Reference: Where to Find the Files?
-
I’m hoping someone will point me toward the file(s) containing the statistical info that shows up in the Tactical Reference, e.g.
-
@Crassus You can try under
Falcon Install Dir\Data\TerrData\TacRefDB -
Thank you!
Edit: rather than start a new thread, I’ll ask here: how does one add line breaks in XML?
I’m tweaking the TacRef (specifically the SAMS) and I’m finding that carriage returns aren’t working (I’m using Notepad++) but copying and pasting the tabbing that comes before the closing tag works.

@Crassus When I read the xml using C#, the line break is “\r\n”.

No, that doesn’t work in XML:
Edit: So (at least for me) I have to carriage return twice, then tab 3 times.
Weird?
Edit Edit: Carriage returns work “properly” in Brackets. Not sure why Notepad++ is different. Oh well.

I know this is a bit old but Notepad++ is able to convert files to every type of \r\n variant. Check it out.
