Mission Commander beta release

I’m just trying it. I can edit the mission, but when I click fly, my flight appear as cancelled. I lowered the number of vehicles of a enemy batallaion I’m tasked to hit. Can this be the problem?
About this
“FF also doesn’t have a “Launcher.exe” file, so you can’t point to the installation. Creating a fake file will solve this.”
How can I fo that?

Is this with BMS?
If so, I don’t thinks so.About this

Copy/past your FF exe and rename it.

It works on FF If you make take some files from BMS and use them as Fake files for Mission Commander. Only problem I can found on FreeFalcon, is that If you take for example a T-62 battlaion, and let some of the non-T-62 vehicles they automatically convert into T-62. Not a great problem. It works on BMS without any problem. And is a great program. Thanks for creating it.
P.S. Is there any chance you can create a FF version?

Strato FF version seems to get in the marge as of external programs for it. BMS has overtaken the users and developers so all are leaning over this miracle.
Also asking a BMS member to create something for FF ain’t that politically correct. -

GuldagerThat is very simple, just open the mission from an other theater. The program does everything for you

The thing is that it doesn’t work with this specific theater…. (Europe)

What are you trying to mess with in the Europe theater??
What I do is replace whatever I want to work on by renaming the default Korea stuff and moving the specific theater into the base install in it’s place, do whatever work I want to, move it back to it’s correct place and name the default Korea stuff back to it’s original state. That’s what I did when I was testing some stuff for Falcas a few months ago.

If you mean the PMC europe theater… That is correct. As PMC theaters are payware and thus not supported.
Send Snakeman a message that he releases the theaters for free and able to be worked on. Than I can also make it work with all the other software.Gr Falcas

in Mission Commander, I can change in the Spot of SA?
and the time? of Spot and UnSpot

Would it be possible in future editions to set specific skins to squadrons? In the default KTO campaigns, the skins are specifically set to their respective squadrons via the skin set number. For example, in Rolling Fire, Kunsan’s Block 52 111th ROKAF squadron is defaulted to the Block 52’s skin set# 4, which is of course the proper ROKAF skin.
However, with JanHas’ stopgap skin pack, the skin set order has been changed and set#4 is a Singapore AF bird, and so I end up having a bunch of Singapore jets sitting around Kunsan in Rolling Fire when they should be ROKAF. I’ve just spent the last hour backing up and renaming .dds files and it’s a royal pain in the arse, so it would be nice to have this function in Mission Commander.

That is the risk of using “unofficial” MODs.

Is there a manual for this? I’m having trouble doing much of anything with it. I want to replace the F-16AM-NL at Amendola in Balkans to Norwegians but I don’t see any way to do that. I can only resupply/delete squadrons, not create, move them, or change their aircraft…

I think that you want TacEdit and not Mission Commander

What do you mean exactly, you’re throwing to much shit up there. You want the F-16-AM-NL to be Norwegians?? What type of aircraft.
If you tell me exactly what you want/mean, I can either do it or attempt to show you how.

I simply want to change the aircraft type of a squadron (from F-16AM-NL to F-16AM-RNoAF). Tacedit doesn’t seem to work here either: it doesn’t list squadrons, and the Units page is empty.
-
How about double clicking on the unit that you want to change… The world will open up for you.
