is it possible in Mideast 128 ?

I flew between towers in Kuwait and obviously I was not touching any cement surface yet the jet went Kabooom! so just wondering if it is possible to fly between towers or not?

@Alfred “What you must learn, Neo, is that The Matrix is a simulation based on rules – some can be bent, others can be broken.”
I’m guessing there’s only 1 hitbox encompassing this pair of towers… or the two hitboxes are closely adjoining.
The key concept to learn is “hit-box” is usually a box, in most game engines. It’s much faster and easier for cpu to determine “is this rectangle overlapping this other rectangle” than it is to determine “is this arbitrarily complex polygonal body overlapping with this other arbitrarily complex polygonal body”.
Sometimes game engines do a hybrid approach … ie. first check if any hit-boxes overlap, then if so, do the more expensive checks to see if any of the polygonal surfaces are touching.
I don’t know BMS code but I think it does expensive, detailed collision-detection for aircraft (eg. for formation flying, refuelling etc). But only rectangular hit-box detection for buildings and stationary objects. And no hit-testing at all, for the trees… unless you’re wheels on the ground? Something like that.

@Alfred
the three towers are done as one single hitbox obj.
to enjoy flying thru towers, each tower should be set as feature item.
