MFDE v0,6.3.0 not working

After applying BMS 4.37 U3 in window 11, the MFDs in the stand alone mode of MFDE v0.6.3.0, are not working. All the other gauges are fine. Any ideas what must be done to get the MFDs to work?

Hi, Igorry. I’m a big fan of MFDE, but I have not had MFDs there for at least through U2. I just use it for gauges.

I also can’t get mfde working at all. It works with an nvidia card but not radeon. I’ve tried the non install version also.

I am testing now. I recompiled and fixed the installer and the code to run as 64 bit. I also had to install an old runtime for one of its dependencies the code kept crashing on.

Around here 4.37 U3, MFDE 0.6.3.0 working I think perfectly. I noticed that the mechanical HSI did not appear. But the MFD, HUD and DED are present.

Good to see it is working for some. So it must be able to work under certain condition. For me it was working fine in BMS 437.2 in win 11. All the others gauges seem to be working well. Just in U3, the MFDs are not working. I have not try extracting the hud. Will try it to see if hud extraction is working? Not sure if it has to do with the refresh rate. In my main screen it was 165 Mhz. In the secondary screen it is 60 mhz. I will test this out by making my main screen and secondary screen to be 60 mhz.
I like the mfd because I can drag and expand the instruments with the mouse. Not sure yet at the moment how to place the BMS extractor to certain place on the main screen and the secondary screen. If anyone can help on how to place the instruments in a second screen with the BMS extractor, please let me know? Thanks.

Changing the hz of the monitors did not work. HUD extraction is also not working.

Got the MFD to work!
Actually went to look in YouTube for instruction on how to use RTT extractor. There I noticed that, you need to set g_bExportRTTTextures to 1 for RTT to work. Default is 0. I try this and find that it is also needed for MFDE. So everything is fine now.

Yes, of course there is wue to activate that option and also not all MFDE compilations work with U3, I have even seen compilations of version 0.6.3.0 that do not even work in 4.37 vanilla. Later I will share the link of the one we use in the wing.

What was promised is debt, this compilation works. Just add the parameter in the user config and that’s it.
