CHANGELOG
A)Flight models-1)tornpod auto loads. Previously, when you set a loadout that required a TGP, the UI would load the external pod. Now it should load the torn pod. The “tornpod” fixes the TGP masking problem for jets with internal IRST. If you desire to use external pods, you can manually load it

B)Weapons- 1)AIM-9X ver.2 - Like the RL v2, the missile has a datalink connection to the jet, allowing LOAL
2) WIP GBU-53 SDB/B- IIR(“53IR”) and Laser guided(“53L”).These weapons can track moving targets The RL Stormbreaker has GPS and a multiseeker, but to model that would require BMS hard code access. Our versions use the Maverick seeker or the seeker from the Skipper missile, respectively. Unfortunately, they don’t have GPS guidance. The regular GBU-53 is retained.
3) Load Outs refined to put the new weapons on the F-18’s and F-35.
C) USS Ford CVN-78 added- This is a WIP but is functional.

- Cougar and the Balkans Team for the help they’ve given us.PAST CHANGES 1) BMS 4.37.3 started the process of bringing new avionics systems in selected jets, although they are not currently fully modeled. The OFM Theaters will default to the old avionics systems,for now.
However, if you put the following into BMS 4.37.3/User/Config/Falcon BMS User.cfg, with the values to 1, you can use the new avionics.

set g_bEnableWIPTornadoAvionics 02) We got a request that there by an option to have or remove the AIM-120D .The Theater default is with them installed. So, if you don't desire them, go to 4.37.3/data/Add-on Nevada/Docs/"120d switch on off" and install the desired files from the No folder. The files in the Yes folder will replace them if you so desire.

NOTE ON 4.37 JAMMER MODELING In OFM Theaters. We wanted to give the option of either using the USAF or IDIAS jammer system, so the Hornet and 5G cockpit hotspots are in place.

The Tornado also has ECM Power,EMM XMIT MODE,and the 5 XMIT button hotspots.See BMSOFM Fighters’ Manual page 5.We’ve been working on the pits with a couple of goals. First, simply get it to work even for people with austere HOTAS’s. Second, to give people the option of the USAF or IDIAS without a lot of hassle.
The pits , that will be in OFM 1.6 and onwards Theaters,have hotspots for all the buttons needed for both systems. Plus, If your HOTAS has a 4-way switch, you have another option…
The procedure is 1) Go to x/4.37/Data/your theater/Sim/acdata/ your jets folder. In the avionics section look for avionicsRWRType
avionicsRWRType 1 ( this is for the Viper model)
avionicsRWRType 3 will give you IDIAS
avionicsRWRType 5 will give you the USAF model with the RWR-on-HUD display
2a) USAF-map CMS up,down, left,and right as usual . Then, map SimXMit1 ,SimXMit2 ,and SimXMit3 as shifted commands under the CMS’s. This gives you full HOTAS capability once you have powered the jammer and pressed the SimEcmMode1-5( which are in all 3 cockpits)
2b) IDIAS-It’s the same procedure as above except you map ECM XMIT TOGGLE instead of CMS Down. You don’t need the 3 XMIT commands.
There are other ways to do this, but this method has been tested in 3D -

Good Day, All.
We found an issue with some of our jets that use the Hornet pit, when the new Hornet avionics were turned on. There were no issues when the new av’s were turned off. Plus, some had non-functional mirrors. The Hotfix link is in today’s update in the first post. -
Good day, All. For your enjoyment we present the Campaign Update Pak for OFM-Nevada. It’s been tested in the 2.3.6 upgrade version. The included README gives all the details but basically Brother Chuckles has gone through all the campaigns except TopGun and refined the force structures.
Also included in the Pak is a new TopGun campaign, "The Battle of Bakersfield) .

As you may have noticed, the new Universal Updater is done. However, you may want to hold off installing it in Nevada. Since, Nev is a popular Theater, we are making a complete Nevada 2.4. It will be out soon. -
