Mitsubishi F-1/T-2
-
@TOPOLO @Screenies --> Holy shite…!!!
-
@TOPOLO you look like you prefer T-2 than F-1, don’t you ?
-
@Radium yes…, As far as the look is concerned, I do feel the F-1 front section should have been reshaped, it is too close to a T-2 where the rear canopy has been replaced by a metal part.
-
@TOPOLO in fact, T-2 was created first and F-1 was a cheap modification of T-2… That being said, it was easier for me !

Hello,
just to let you know that Mitsubishi F-1/T-2 was released with Falcon BMS 4.37U3 !
Enjoy !

Thank for your master piece(s). It is really cool to have them in a offical release.
Great work!

Hello,
just to let you know that I am improving some stuff on my Mitsubishi F-1/T-2, following the release of 4.37U3.
- ASM-1 now has a solid booster effect.
- Centerline pylon was corrected, and is now at the right place.
- Improved texture for GCS-1/mk82 was implemented.
- Spoilers value now set to 19°
I am now working to improve GCS-1/mk82 behavior. Known issues :
- Wings do not deploy when release .
*When GCS-1/mk82 is dropped, it goes forward, like a missile. - About GCS-1/JM117, texture is too dark with U3. Will update this.
Also, new LODs0 for Mitsubishi F-1 and T-2 will be released, to fix some minor issues, such as :
- Canopy opacity that shall be updated, due to U3
- I am investigating if other issues need an action.
Stay tuned !

For those who want to know more about these mythical airplanes, I recommend watching this video. Thanks again to Radium for his great work. -
Oh WOW! Just found this. I used to work for the JASDF (Japan Air Self Defense Force) a few years back, and had the opportunity for a few close encounters. They’re very cool aircraft…

@Grumble こんにちは !
Very nice to welcome here a former JASDF member !
Hope you will enjoy with this new model ! I tried to make it as realistic as possible, and to represent the “Mitsubishi F-1” era spirit !
Thinking to make a Mitsubishi F-1CCV bonus
Stay tuned !

@Radium こんにちは あんど お疲れ様です!
I’m not ex-JASDF, I was a contractor to them, as an interpreter/translator plus helping pilots with language. I worked at the base in Hamamatsu, which is mostly T4/AWACs, but the T2s did come occasionally, and the F2s and F15s well (there is an engine maintenance facility and maintenance school here). I never got to see an operational F1 up close but they have decommissioned ones here on-base that I’ve sat in and had a really good up-close look at. If you need any pictures etc, please let me know, as the air museum with hands-on access to those jets is a 15-minute bicycle ride from my house.
F-1CCVの完成品を楽しみにしております!!
(for non-Japanese readers all we did was say hi, basically!)
