This is a great tool!
i really appreciate your work and time on this Falcas. One question: Is it possible to SPOT / UNSPOT a naval task force ( not Carrier, but everything else, Osas III, Frigates, Cargo or Tanker ships)

http://f.cl.ly/items/2Y1l3V141m0g2h1I3t2h/mc-icon.pngHi arrow19, a word of recommendation, please ask somebody next time if you decide to copy on somebodies work. I’am sure that a talented guy like yourself would appreciate this too. Still, nice variation on my icon. One advise on icongraphy, keep it as simple as possible because icons tend to be used on much smaller scale. Details might suffer from it accordingly.
Cheers, Scub.

Any reasonable answer to this ?
Hi fellow fly mates !
I would like to modify, or rather, limit squadron stores for a TE. I enter 0 value to AIM120C for eg. , save the file in MC. I open the mission in BMS, commit, check loadout, and AIM120C is available. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known bug ?
-
Well Scuby sorry for rewamping your work… next time I will ask you.;)

Hi Falcas
Using MC on my save0.cam file I had an issue on duplication of number ID for all objectives in my .cam file (I made a backup before ;)):
And in Falcon BMS when I started my campaign all airbases are missing. I used MC only for minor changes in squadron, like “set by HQ” or stuffs like this. Do you have any information about this problem?
Thx in advance
D.

Hi Danguard,
Thanks for the report, it was a bug indeed.
Fixed already.Pretty soon there will be an new version of MC, which is actually a hugh update.

Thx Falcas
Your’s a great tool, only for your information I used the 0.3.4.0 version without this problem.
cheers

Older version (0.3.4) did not save the Objectives yet. So you didn’t have the bug.
Its just the thing about progress.Gr Falcas

Ability to Spot/unspot for ships…?

Using MC 0.3.6 and 0.3.7, it seems I can’t change the Team-status anymore? I try to set team 1 (ROK) as “Allied” with another. When I click apply, it gives me the “Applied, but not yet saved”-pop up, but also reverts back to “At War”. I tried setting them as Member as well, but that didn’t change anything either.
Thinking it was just a visual thing in MC, I tested in-game, but was attacked immediately so I guess it doesn’t work at all. However, if I recall correctly, changing status did work in previous version(s)?
-
apply it then save it?
you have to apply BEFORE you switch tabs.
-
Already do that. Select team 1 -> set team 4 as Allied -> Apply -> reverts to At War immediately, I don’t even have a chance to save as Allied.
-
Hi,
New version availible, see first post for the “small” list of updates.
As MC still has beta status, make sure you have a backup of your files.Enjoy,
Falcas

Thanks again!

Hi Falcas, Thanks for your great work with Mission Commander, I really enjoy using it for tweaking my Tactical Engagements (TE)
I have a minor problem when starting Mission Commander where the previous TE was not in the default theater, I got a message: “file not found ……\Korea.idx”
When I open TE from Aegean or Balkan theater (the only ones that i tried) I got a message: “Artwork not found, reverting back to default artwork” …\bludark.idx" and the same message for 7 other files.
It is pretty obvious that the files doesn’t exist in the folders where Mission Commander search for them, so my question is: Is it a valid quick fix simply copying the missing *.idx files from the default theater folder or is there another way to avoid the error messages? -

Else you would not have any icons on the map.
Just ignore the warnings and wait for the next update. The update will be done next week as I have to work the weekend.Gr Falcas
