You do not have to be a part of a virtual squadron.

Mmm that’s interesting. So there aren’t any sort of requirements?

ADMIN NOTE:
-
I might ask pilots or teams to swap side before start in order to have it balanced!
-
Keep in mind to come to TS and get your teamspeak-access-permission-tags (flags) early on, so you don´t “overload” the staff on launch-day.
-
Registrations close 1 week after START - 15th November…
-
-
TO ALL:
Gentlemen, please come couple hours BEFORE event start to teamspeak and ask for your RED or BLUE teamspeak “FLAGS”, so the server-firewall allows you to join. Anyone, who is admin on TS can give you the right TS “FLAGs”, so just ask please.
Thanks in advance S!

VERY IMPORTANT - REDFLAG 4.0 RP6 Rev1 Patch - MUST INSTALL BEFORE Round III
Before joining or participating in the Redflag 4.0 Round III event, please all downlaod and replace those files in your
:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data “Add-on Redflag” folder.
You can simple extract it over the “Add-on Redflag” folder as the folder-structure is the same, or just extract it somewhere else and replace (overwrite) the older files with the newer ones.
I have made some important changes at the last minute (sorry for the “close call”) and a changelog is read-able below. At a later point you might be able to downlaod an official FO-patch installer from us, but for now (as the event is close) use this link please.
DOWNLAOD. [removed - read post below](removed - read post below)
Changelog Redflag 4.0 Rev1 Patch: (Some of them are just technical edits.. some of them are noticable for the players). * Removed "Frog" and "Scud" units from campaign (failing integrity in database). Avoiding probable CTDs. * 0-ed redundant AObj values for CampIDs 4030, 4032, 4036, 4141, 4664, 4665, 4672 * Reseted all Unit-Spot-Times to 0 * Moved the Mirage M-2000EGM Squadron from Teagu to Yechon. Closer to the FLOT as the Mirages have less fuel. * Added two more squadrons (F-16 Bk52 / F-16 Bk52+) on each side. ROK: Teagu and Chongju DPRK: Toksan and Sunch´on * Corrected Experience values from 100 to 4 (ace). Little typo in earlier version. * Fixed all Squadron, Battalion and TaskForce Roster string values. * Reseted (cleaned) all Squadron, Battalion and Taskforce "flags" * Made sure, all Squadron are properly supplied * Increased all SAM battalions supply by 20% * Moved all battalion to their "virtual" Brigade place in order to grant initiative operation integrity.

Server is up … 23 days of “war” … good hunting all and much team-work fun
-
-
The first day, when the server is rushed by many at once is usually the biggest fear in terms of stability, but with 57 slots rushed everything runs smooth like silk without a single campaign crash.
-
Two great missions flown yesterday!
It does stay an experience not to be missed.

Yesterday was the most stable first day of such an event I have seen. :headb:
