UI screen

Surely a driver issue?
-
This is the only thing what was changed on my config.
-
Not enough info.
Screen dimensions = ? 4:3 16:9 16:10 3840x2160 ? Molni you should know to provide more info.
“How can I fix this?”
-
1920x1080
The problem is more serious now. I tried to install older Catalyst and runied my system. Catalyst does not work, neither can be reinstall, repaired or uninstalled. It is amazing how ****ed up this shit driver… Now I have to reinstall the whole Win7 even system backup does not work…
-
Last time I did that I reloaded Win7, it was quicker.
I just stick with a old driver (12.3) that supports a 7950 with a 4850 in the same box. new drivers won’t.
-
Finally, at 3rd time system restore worked, I got back old Catalyst, now UI screen is good. I’m 100% sure that new Catalyst caused the problem. I have to say this is why I do not use new drivers… So far they caused me only problems…
-
+1 Old game, old player, old driver
-
Molni,
Did you set this?
-
Currently it is only auto GPU sclaing. I backed to my older Catalyst driver. Issue is gone. Maybe some years later I will try again a later driver but not now.
-
You could also check your monitor’s on-screen menu. My 5 years old 16:9 Samsung has an option to either display everything on widescreen or maintain the aspect ratio. That way I don’t need to change anything in the drivers. Although it has some problems with scaling 1600x900 and maybe 1366x768, but that’s this particular monitor issue (happened on older PC with different graphics card).

I’ve got last drivers and same res , no issues here
-
I’m using now updated driver but I cannot fix the issue. All Falcon version suffers from this.
