Hello guys,
I noticed that already more than 100 guys have visited this topic. It would help me a lot if I could get any Feedback. May be People suggest to do anythings different or even better, so just let me know.

I don’t have a x55 yet, I’m planning on getting one soon, but this profile looks the best out of all the x55 profiles out there so far. Thanks for your work.

I am planning to upgrade to X55 and this profile seems quite useful. Thanks a lot and will feedback you if anything special when using this profile.

Hi Memphis291, this has been a huge help to me getting started with the X55, not changed anything just yet, but then I have yet to really get off the ground much!
-
Thank you for the effort, MemphisBelle!! I’ve got an X-55 on the way and I can’t wait to give this a tryout.

I think you will like the X-55. Let us know if you get a “Ghosting” issue. There is a fix for it.

So far so good, like the profile so far. I had to make a minor change, in the sim I needed keys to control the cockpit view–I don’t have TrackIR–so I use the U\D\L\R arrows to take care of that. The other thing I’m not too sure about but seem to have stumbled on to a solution is once in the sim, after loading the keyfile associated with the profile, what other things should be done?
I’ve got the stick recognized and the throttle recognized, but it took a while to figure out which was the correct axis for the range and radar…or do I even need to do anything in the advanced tabs?
The first time entering the sim, it was almost as if the profile had been lost by the stick, keypresses were returning number values as opposed to the mapped keys.

After a few hours of using the sticks and software it seems to be a bugfest. The profile is awesome, when it works. If I hit ‘Clear’ on the small tray icon, Windows crashes and restarts. If I use the key test utility with the HUD programming software, Windows crashes and restarts. I’ve tried other USB ports and have reinstalled the drivers and software multiple times and there is nothing but problems. Without the software, all of the keys and axes are detected by Windows so it seems that the hardware is ok, but I am having nothing but problems with the drivers and\or software.
I’ve been searching the internet for solutions but I am not having much luck. Back to the Cougar

I haven’t had any problems whatsoever with the X55. Not even the reported ghosting issues. Do you have the current driver and software installed? I haven’t had any crashes at all and BMS recognizes all of my commands using direct input and the HUD software. I created my own profile and use my own bms .key file and haven’t used any other profile from other members.

Too bad you are having problems. Like Chaos, I have no issues at all. Hope you keep working on it.

Hi all,
I am new to Falcon BMS and not a programmer, I have downloaded MemphisBelle´s X55 Rhino Profile and have no idea what to do next. What files go where and do you load through the Saitek software or via Falcon BMS setup screen. Help please. -
Hey all, sorry for my long absence. I have been busy with other things the last weeks.
I am happy that you guys like my profile. As for the ghost issues thing I can tell you that a selfpowered USB Hub made the work for me. The Ghost issues mostley are caused by power issues due to the large amount of power which is needed to run the whole 2 devices with all its lights, switches and functions. This sometimes cause inputs that havent been made by the user. As I said, to get rid of it so I purchased a new USB Hub which has an own Power supply and I havent encounterd any Ghost input issues anymore since then.I don’t have a x55 yet, I’m planning on getting one soon, but this profile looks the best out of all the x55 profiles out there so far. Thanks for your work.
Thank you very much, I hope that it´ll help you through the game

This pretty much sounds like the ghost input issue, how did you connect the devices to your PC?

Do you happen to have blue screens also, or does your PC simply reboot from its own? This could be caused by a underpowered power supply that is built into your PC. I used to have those issues as well, but as soon as I have put in a stronger power supply I got rid of them.
Also check thisI haven’t had any problems whatsoever with the X55. Not even the reported ghosting issues. Do you have the current driver and software installed? Thanks guys for your feedbacks. I try to be a little more often here in the forums…promised

Hello everyone! I love your profile
But I am having a few issues with it… I don’t seem to have a ghosting issue but I am having a issue where I hit the TMS up button and it works then, I hit the TMS UP button again (this is all as example) and it opens my airbrake. It seems like the buttons all of sudden the buttons get switched around. Please help! :p:p

It is possible that you may have a ghosting issue. What you are stating is what I call ghosting. This was the problem I was experiencing until I got a powered USB external Hub. I may be wrong…others may have another solution.

figured it out… Didn’t load the BMS_Falcon key bindings on the game itself

Hey toxic and thanks for your feedback, I am glad that you´ve solved your issue.

Okay. Another problem I am having is interference between the TGP slewing and trim… Whenever I try to slew the TGP around the ground my trim moves along with the RADAR - Up / RADAR - DOWN. On the Throttle H3 control. is this a problem other people are experiencing too? Also whenever I hit ESC to end the mission my game minimizes and my start menu appears. Please help! I love you profile but I am having some difficulty with it.
also, do people have problems with CTRL just getting continuously pressed and being unable to do anything about it getting unstuck.
