EWR Radars

Hi everyone, I would like to know if EWR radar sites around Korea that show up as S and Airbase radars that show up as the same symbology have a hand in sending fighters to intercept aircraft ? And are they better dead than up and remaining ?

From the way that sounds, it sounds as if not only radar stations and other search radars throughout the land have a part in enemy fighters coming in. But enemy AI vehicles also with respect to vector enemy AI ??

What about radars at airbases that have enemy fighters ??
