Good Day, All. I would appreciate some feedback on Hornet C rudder usage. I know it does not have the “auto rudder” of the Viper, and I use the rudders quite a bit. I’ve found it really helps with nose pointing, SAM evasions, etc, though you have to be watchful of energy loss. What I have found, though, is that my rudder is very sensitive. I can’t just “boot full rudder”, it’s a delicate process.I have the Saitek Pro Flight rudder pedals. I have experimented and found that increasing the deadzone in the BMS UI helps make it less “twitchy”.
My question is, what should the rudders be doing? Should they be sensitive?
