I am going to have to completely uninstall or something. I have absolutely no ground terrain. Either that or I have cities floating in the sky. This is crazy.
-
The positions all show 0. I think this only matters when in game. However, If I click to remove the border, then I can just barely see the selection boxes at the bottom if I hide the task bar.
I believe that 0 is the origin position of top left corner of the window, not the size but it does also seem to be a resolution issue?

The attachment does not work for me:(
Sorry. I will try to fix it. I clicked add image and this is what I got.

Yes, but it says 0 on all settings. top, bottom, height, and width.

Second pic is what I see on my screen during menu set up. As you can see, I can barely see the buttons on the bottom. First pic is in game.I have no ground terrain.

Make screenshots from the Nvidia settings.

Why the Bloom, Blur, Trees & Grass Maxed out ?
Do you have correctly install Motherboard ChipSet drivers installed & have you listed all your hardware and wetware environment in this thread ?
PS found the hardware or some of it.

Uninstall, download new, install - everything will work well! “Have you correctly installed the ChipSet motherboard drivers …” - this is the basis. The latest driver of Nvidia 430.39.

I started out with everything maxed out. I moved it all back to default, but it didn’t change anything.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z390 AORUS ELITE. I don’t think it has an NVIDIA chipset. The chipset is an Intel Z390. According to the Intel website it is all up to date. The current GPU driver is the 430.39.
-
This is the latest driver for the 1080 graphics card. Enter all computer parameters do not skip anything like Shadow wrote.
-
I am not sure what else you need.

The reason why I asked is because you mentioned the motherboard chipset driver, but gave me the update for the GPU driver, which is up to date btw.

i think I am just going to install 4.34 on the sim and forget about putting it on this new pc.

You have a 32 "monitor, set the resolution in the Nvidia 1920x1080 panel: ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; . Install as administrator, and maybe turn off Windows Defender for the installation time, or insert Falcon’s installation to ignore.
-
When I change my resolution to 1920x1080 my refresh rate drops to 29 hz and i cannot change it. I set all of my setting in nvidia the same as those settings and nothing changes. I still cannot see the buttons at the bottom of the settings page. The only difference now is that the screen is hurting my eyes at 29 hz refresh rate.
On the upside, I did a fresh install and got my ground terrain back.
