Cougar throttle with TUSBA R2 not working properly
-
Hi guys,
Got the Tusba R2 adapter recently and connected my cougar TQS with it. I am using the Warthog stick because I prefer the feel of it.
I managed to get every button and axis to work properly apart from the actual throttle axis. No matter what I try it’s just not working properly and it’s driving me nuts.
In the HID DEV tool I did the full setup, pairing etc as described in the manual. I can see the throttle axis moving and I have set the IDLE , MIL and AFT points. The values all seem legit. When I go to Falcon BMS 4.34 (U2), under controllers the main controller is the Warthog stick and you can not see the throttle axis moving. In order to see the throttle axis moving with the throttle I have to select the TUSBA R2 and then the throttle axis does move BUT it is not correct. Nothing happens until I click it into after burner and only then does the blue bar move progressively to the top.
Does anybody know how to get the full throttle range to work correctly in BMS?

FIXED!!!
I fixed the problem by assigning the throttle axis to the Tusba R2 Y slider…not Z. For anybody that has the same problem as me, play around with assigning a different AXIS to the throttle axis in BMS. Works great now.
