Ground units on runway making all flights crash on takeoff / landing

As title say, v 4.35 KTO vanilla.
Aibases where it had happen, Kimpo, Pyongteag, Wonso and latest Suwon. A bit off annoyance, only solution is to load the savefile into Mission Commander and manually find the group and move them to another location and not have any base defence. Donno why they park basicly center of runway lenght and just on the side of the runway and sometimes center. When they on the side it works for human to just not do formation land/TO. Ai is another matter. They mostly just crash into them if they CAT III Cap flights usally get airborne before and manage to miss, since all flights now do formation TO it’s a bit of disaster when they appear on runway. Restart dont help since they there. … Wait for severalo hours and givr the group a command to move helps sometimes. But loosing time in the progress and after a day or so they are commanded back by HQ… even whith HQ off. -

Well its not so critical , if you manualy (HQ off) move a unit , it will start immediately , and 10-20 min before T/O … they should’ve moved already…
But…, yes, if there are more units “stacked” then it is a bit of a problem… you must wait till top unit moves untill you can give orders to unit “below” … in that case use MC editor and (cheat, cough… ) move those units to a nearby objectives,… after that … whatever you want, eg., resume those units to HQ .
AAA/AD units shouldn’t represent problem as they have pre-planned positions (points) on the airbase/objective , already preset around runway so they don’t interfere… if that’s done right for the objective/airbase .
