What if: Falcon 5 (Poll)

No chance in hell Microprose would make such a deep and detailed study sim. I won’t say ‘again’, since original F4.0 was nowhere near what we have here.
It was pretty damn revolutionary and well ahead of its time for '98 though, you have to admit. It’s like saying the first iPhone was crap because the current iPhone is so much better, 13 years later.

I think that what Microprose and BMS do will remain different branches and will remain independant, even if this means to go underground again.

Pardon my ignorance, but how could Microprose cause that? They don’t own the IP any more, unless it has recently changed? Unfortunately, I’ve not been active since just before 4.34 released

Well, fair enough I guess, it was well ahead of other stuff that was around.

Begging pardon me too, but sincerely I can’t find how Microprose really exists, due to the fact I haven’t seen anything released upon this brand.
Consequently, and this told also from a strictly legal point of view (as Planehazza just remarked), I can’t see of foresee any initiative by them at “our” purpose.
I can’t ever forget, as last, that military air sims became an elitary choice among a particular kind of simulations (the flight ones), no one of them became object of special interest by everyday or weekend players, the majority folks all over the world and the most appetized buyers by international gaming brands, most of all.Just my own little cent (of Euro), nothing more or else.
With best regards.
