Solved Falcon MFD Extractor (MFDE) no longer supported?
-
@MaxWaldorf same on rtt/mfd’s. That works fine. Other stuff worked with mfde 5.5 on bms 36, not on 37. Mfde 6.3 misses the instrument images.
Recently migrated to win10 so maybe theres something like .NET missing?

check this package:

MFDE gauges work on my Windows 10 machine with 4.37. RTT for mfds.

@MaxWaldorf That’s the version I’m trying to use, correct. I first installed the " old" 6.3 , then copied the version you are mentioning to that folder. Still getting black squares instead of instruments.

Sorry don’t know how to help…
I don’t use the MFDs but all other instruments work fine…

@Fluke said in Falcon MFD Extractor (MFDE) no longer supported?:
I might have been the odd one, but right until 4.36 I have used MFDE for everything but the MFD’s (so alt, compass, Fault list etc). Now with 4.37 it doesn’t seem to work. Before I start troubleshooting: is MFDE still supposed to work?
Can’t help with MFDE but can attest that the latest versions of RTT and Helios (or combined) work perfectly in 4.37.

Hmmm! Running my Pit with Version 0.6.3.0 and it work fine.
Have you point it to BMS4.37? -
I’m also running MFDE with 4.37 - no RTT. I use it for MFDs, gauges, pretty much everything. Same version. When I recently built a new PC I was worried about losing MFDE because I thought there might be some legacy DLL or something hidden somewhere on the old machine but nope, it worked just fine on a completely clean install of Windows and BMS.

@CAG yes, pointed to my 4.37 folder

installing C+++ runtime distributables made MFDe working… but now my BMS launcher won’t start
