CMS required...?

I grabbed the .cms file and the .map file from the /HOTAS folder in my install.

I am told to:

…load BMS CH FS&PT_DX.cms & .map files an download them to the devices.

BUT…!! My CH Manager only allows me to “load” and “download” the .map file.

I can see NO way to “load” the .cms file.

Do I need to load (and download) the .cms file…?
If so - HOW…!?

That is enough. If you look into CMS file … it is empty

So… download me to device, oh yes.

Would like to be more of a help, butt I am TMJ/TMM user.

Has anyone solved this yet? I am having the same problem. My BMS CH FS&PT_DX.cms file is pretty small it seems…109 bytes. Thanks for any help.
