Still flying the campaign, flew about 8 or 9 missions now.
Thinking the airport is becoming to much now.
Becoming very crowded now, when talking to the atc for landing. It is quite conjested, the atc talks nonstop now.
Handling it good but its nonstop talking now with alot of flights.
Seems it uses the same callsign alot with just a different number.
It can get confusing.
Still enjoying it though.thanks -
And now ez boards works too :bdance:

Still enjoying it though.thanksUnfortunately, the busy airfields in part of the limitations invoked by having a theatre based based in North Africa. In real life Ethiopia/Somalia/Yemen/Eritrea, the actual number of airbases is very small. I did transform some dirt strips into fictional airbases, but the actual number of airbases in the campaign is still not enough, hence the huge number of squadrons at each base. Also, that is why all of the modern campaigns all have a US Navy Carrier.
During initial campaign building, I had fewer squadrons and used the same ratio of aircraft to bases as Korea. In those campaign tests, the skies were very empty and campaign progressed really slowly. Hence I compromised by adding four squadrons of fighters to each base.

Day 1 Somalia is one of my fav times ever in a campaign. Such a target rich environment.
